Very nice people and very welcoming. The store has a lot of items and for a good price compared to the other stores I’ve been. Definitely coming back for more

Is this truly San Diego's BEST 99 cents and up store? I'm not sure - especially since it's in Chula Vista - but the people here are very nice and I found all sorts of things I decided to buy (even though all of them were more than 99c).
