So I came here to get labs drawn but I wasn't sure which suite the lab was in because all the parking spots are assigned suite numbers. I went into the lab to ask and no one was at the desk so I stood in the lobby for a few seconds and I overheard someone saying "What do you want." This person said it a second time and I said "Are you talking to me?" She said yes and I said "I'm sorry I didn't know you were talking to me because usually people say how may I help you. I'm sure this person is good at lab drawing but she clearing is lacking in the customer service area. Once I was seen the lady did apologize so I did appreciate that.

I had to wait a while since there was only one person working. The lady working was very nice and professional. This location definitely needs more staff but at least they are a lot friendlier than the staff at the 5th Avenue location.

If your doctor tells you to go here, ask immediately for an alternative or other locations. DO NOT COME HERE. Staff comes in late. And they will not help you even if they have the specs in the lab for your test. Go somewhere else.
