This is the best auto repair shop you can take your car to! From the fantastic customer service at the front desk to the great price to the great repairs. My daughter’s car had transmission issues and now it runs better than before! I will not take my car anywhere else!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was referred by a nearby AutoZone employee to go here they know the Owner.
So I went to ask for a tune up on my car the Owner wasn't there but an old guy was there he called the owner. Over the phone he wanted to charge me 160dlls for a 4c car. I asked if it was pricy for a small car. The Owner told the old guy to check my engine he did and changed the price for 90. I told the old guy I had all the stuff to do the tune-up that it was still a bit pricy.
The old guy told me in Spanish, "This is not a flea market. ".. and walked away. All the mechanics were there and watched everything that happened.
Clearly, they do not have customer service skills and even decency to talk to people even if they didn't want to charge me less that's not the way to treat new customers. I obviously closed the engine door and left elsewhere.
If you're a girl trying to get service on your car, do not go here they will treat you poorly unless you're ok with paying over price services.

I am in love with the team here. Every time I come for any simple thing, I get great fun friendly customer service. They know what they are talking about, don't upsell you on unnecessary things, knowledgeable. Would defm recommend and will co tinge coming back.

First and foremost I have to apologize because this review is a couple months overdue! I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service and overall support. I brought my 10 year old RAV 4 here thinking that it might be done for, and left with a brand new car. Maggie was so understanding, kind, and always took the time to explain to me what parts were needed for what and always tried to find the best price for me. Overall, I am so grateful to her and her whole staff for the amazing work they did on my RAV 4. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to go hunting for an honest and trustworthy mechanic if my RAV 4 ever needs service again. I will definitely be coming back here from now on for any other check-ups and routine service my car needs. So if you are reading this review and wondering if you should get your car serviced here, please do!!Once again, thank you Maggie and to all the On Broadway Auto Care staff for their amazing work!

I’ve been coming to On Broadway for about 4 years and have always had a great experience. From the moment I walk in Maggie, at the desk, always greets me with a cheerful and upbeat attitude. I always feel at ease with the information and detailed explanations of any of the work required on our family cars from both Ms. Miriam and the mechanics she has working for her. Highly recommend!
