I recently moved across country. The move was overwhelming for me but I took refuge in this company’s efficient and good work, wrapping up my things, boxing them up, and loading them. All the workers were polite, and worked hard. The coordinator kept me abreast of every single move regarding the transport, even provided the truck drivers name & call phone number way ahead of the transfer. She also kept me aware of when the load would be picked up and the eta of delivery. She also called to confirm the exact day of delivery and provided a window. The truck arrived in time and these workers were exceptionally good. They unpacked items, placed them where I pointed, they worked quickly, but were efficient. I could tell they were very experienced managers era. They were jovial and professional. They eased my mind about this huge move and helped me with all my needs. If I ever move again, I will most certainly use this company. I have already referred this company to my friends & strangers. With such a large move, there were only a few things damaged but the insurance will compensate me & Im okay with that. Great Company & employees!

Several of my nice furniture pieces were broken when they arrived to my home and many of my expensive items were never received including 3 flat screen TVs,, telescope, headboard & matress, 200lb weight set, and stereo equipment. We continue to discover more things are missing/broken as we are unpacking and settling up things in our new home. The list continues to grow.

When we decided to move from SoCal to SoOregon the deed seemed overwhelming. North American Van Lines made the move seamless and stress-free. From the initial booking by Peter who came out in person to look at our storage units, estimate the weight and give us a practical and accurate price to Louis who drove the van and openly answered all our questions about the actual trip, to Andre and his obviously experienced loading crew the team was professional, efficient, courteous, and very careful with our possessions. We were thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Oh and at the last minute they went above and beyond to carefully add two Harley Davidson motorcycles to the load.
From the initial booking process to the final delivery, the team worked as a team making the whole process run smoothly and giving us complete assurances that everything would arrive safe and sound . We would highly recommend North American Van Lines to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality moving services at a very reasonable price.

Was a very easy process from the beginning. Starting with the first agent Peter. Very courteous & helpful throughout the whole process. The driver Joaquintre has lots of experience & eased my mind about my item’s delivery. The moving team is phenomenal. I lived in a 2 story 2600 sq ft home for thirty years & they cleaned it out in 2 1/2 hours like it was nothing an apt. I wish I could give them100 stars cause they r worth it. I checked out 6 different companies & they by far had the lowest estimate & guaranteed

My one complaint is: The parts box. They did not mark any of the cords, furniture pieces, nuts, screws, bolts etc. As result, some of my furnishings were put back together improperly. Could not identify TV cords, computers accessories and more. Frustrating and timely disadvantage.

Household items arrived 4 days later then expected. We were told our furnishings would actually arrive before us so we made expensive arrangements to make sure someone was there to meet driver. Daily things changed. Come to find out driver had close to 2 wks to arrive. Of course that was in very small print on contract and NEVER mentioned to us. So lots of headaches with no regard for the customer. We'll never use again nor recommend.
