Fernandos Smog was referred to me by my guy Raul from Valvoline. I called several times to schedule a smog test and a lady keep answering the phone and when I asked for Fernando keep saying " no this is me." I use the number here on yelp and called again to schedule a smog test and the lady with Spanish accent keep saying "no Fernando" "its me". I do not want to just drive there without an appt esp I am coming from Mission Valley. Does anyone know number for Fernando's smog test?
