Passport renewal is a horrible process, they dodge you like a plague. A white female tell me I don’t have to print the documents, makes me more confuse on the process.. Jonathan told me that they don’t do the document review and just mail the application. Good to know.. so please do all yourself a favor and just go to down San Diego passport office to make sure everything is triple check. They will not help you here in this establishment.

The worst printing job and customer service. They screwed up my mothers funeral programs and couldn't have cared less. I paid to have them cut evenly and am going to have to either recut 250 of them myself by hand or pay again to have them reprinted elsewhere. They charged me $318. Learn how to center artwork or cut paper correctly. You literally had one job to do. Isn't this what you guys do for a living??? I'm filing a chargeback on my credit card for their crappy services and sloppy work.

First time using this shipping center- now that the online/ catalog company I shop with has a variety of return shipping options for their merchandise.Venus (women's clothing) used to provide return shipping labels for U.S. Postal Service and UPS along their shipments.Now, the customer can either print out their own labels (which doesn't work for me) or use Happy Returns and select a variety of shipment locations.I like it here at FedEx because it's a a popular shopping center right off the 805 freeway. Weekday hours- they open at 8am. Which is a HUGE plus!I even brought my shipping invoice and original plastic packaging.The FedEx representative said Happy Returns provides their own packaging and I could keep my original paper invoice. Just make sure you get on Happy Returns website and search the company you're returning the merchandise to. Super easy peasy and when you're all done with that process- you are given a QR code for the return center to scan. And when I say, easy peasy- the QR code is sent ASAP. Not even to your email.But, a receipt of the Happy Return transaction will be sent to your email.

I had a number of docs that needed to be copied, collated, and also scanned, along with Passport photos, and other misc. needs. Jorge helped me and was so competent, professional and agreeable helpful. An excellent employee! Everything was made simple and complete with his help.

Today, I urgently needed to get 8 pages laminated before FedEx closed. There was a kind woman that showed me how to do it and as I was hurrying to do the lamination myself, a guy named DREW came up to me and said “You do realize we close in 6 minutes, right?” I was already panicking but homie didn’t need to be so rude. He went behind the counter and was tapping his fingers and just staring at me. Halfway through he came up again and asked “Are you almost done?” I said yes and could only go so fast because of the machine speed. I finished, and while walking to the counter homie just says, “$42” to get my payment. I paid and he walked me out. I said Thank you and he ignored me so I stopped and turned to say thank you again and he nodded quickly and shut the door. I’m sorry I came 6 minutes before you closed at 6pm and I’m sorry I left at 6:08pm. I understand how much Drew wanted to kick me out, but how he treated me is unacceptable. DON’T GO TO THIS FEDEX LOCATION.

I had a great experience. Was welcomedat the door. Directly talked to by an employee who helped me quickly. A lot of employees present to help customers. Probably one of the nicest postal offices I’ve walked into.

Excellent service!! Shipped my order from vitacost to this location . They helped me to load boxes to my car. Wow!!! Loooove fedex and vitacost!

I spent 4 hours at this location, almost every employee was not helpful. Miguel specifically was very rude and did not care to help or provide and information or reason to the printing issues. I asked for a manger and Barbara came to “help” I apologized for my frustrated demeanor and let her know that is was coming from the rude service I was receiving by Miguel. She didn’t care to ask what the issue was or apologize for the inconvenience. After 4 hours and many questions I was eventually told at the very end that the machine behind the counter was not working properly. This was after being charged for paper, and multiple failed print attempts. My card has been charged 4 separate times for the holding amount. I left with no money for dinner and no prints. I’m a regular at many locations including this one which is my main store. This isn’t the first rude encounter I’ve experienced but definitely the most draining. I’m so disappointed, and it truly ruined my day, wasted my time, and put me back in my work. Please please fix this, I stayed calm during the entire time. I hope someone can reach out to me to deal with this.

I went to use the internet for an emergency, I normally don't do it because is too expensive. In the past they had overcharged me so this time I decided to use a timer starting when I entered my credit card until I logged out. My timer showed 4 min 10 sec and they charged me for 9 minutes, the person in charge Jorge said that the computers are very accurate.I guess he thinks my iPhone is not accurate. I know this place is very expensive but to rob me for double the amount $$$ is unacceptable.
