Ray Ferguson and his staff ( Luisa, Isabel and Rob) were phenomenal while handling my Husband Steve and I Refinance.. we were always kept up to date during the loan process, and the open line of communication was great even late in the evening when my husband had questions.We couldn’t have been in better hands !!Thank you all again !Steve and Gaby McKenzie

I really appreciate Chris being upfront and transparent in discussing the various decisions throughout the home-buying process. His patience in providing continuous support, advice and education was critical for us to remain committed to our 11 month-long home search during a time of extremely limited inventory. When push finally came to shove his team Alyssa and Cheri did a tremendous job to execute quickly and close without any hiccups. Was extremely impressed with their performance and genuine congeniality; would highly recommended and looking forward to working with Chris and team again in the future.

Todd was phenomenal from our first phone call in January to the closing of our home in May. He was clear and communicative the whole time. He provided priceless professional guidance to me as a first-time home buyer. I genuinely don't think I would have wanted to change anything about my experience with Todd and his team.

Chris and his team at Bay Equity truly exceeded all expectations when it came to helping my wife and me with our homebuying experience. We knew we were in good hands after we met Chris. He took the time to get to know us and understand our needs, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were well-informed buyers.One of the things that really stood out to us was the amount of time and attention Chris gave us. We had several video chats with him, each lasting well over an hour, during which he patiently explained everything we needed to know about real estate and the market. He also offered invaluable advice on what questions we should ask our realtors. We never felt rushed or pressured during these conversations, and it was clear that Chris genuinely cared about our well-being.Another striking aspect of working with Chris and his team was the user-friendly portal Bay Equity uses to collect documents.
