this is one of the worst bank location. The customer service is horrible.... they only have one person helping in the front.. the long line gets bigger and people that work there don't help out because they are there to open accouts... even thought there is no one openig accouts... like really?!?!? ... u go to other location everyone greets u w a smile and this one is like they hate working there.

STAY AWAYDidn't think the reviews were this bad in person, but I was wrong. Horrible service one guy kept coming out and saying someone would be with me shortly, literally had me waiting to see someone for 27 minutes and finally I was told that it would another 25 to 30 minutes before I could get helped. The first person could have had the common decency to provide me with this information to begin with. I could have done other errands and come back.

Bad service is there only service. My parents just cancelled both their accounts with BofA after 20+ years also. Go anywhere else.

Went to this branch for the first time. I thought, how convenient, right across the parking lot from Food for Less. But, no. This is NOT an actual bank. This is more for opening new accounts, getting loans, and using the ATM machine. I thought they were intending to relieve the long lines and wait at Palm Ave. and K st., but no, there ARE NO actual tellers here. How disappointing. The manager here is the old K St. branch manager. Kinda of rushed and unprofessionally dressed. I guess it was "casual Friday." VERY casual Friday.
