“This place has it all, I only went in for notary service and ended up having documents emailed from my phone, copies made and my mail certified. April was very helpful and personable. They do so much more from personalized keys made to paper shredding etc.etc.”
“I've rented a private mail box at this facility for the past 10 plus years before it was bought out by the current owners. I haven't had any issues with the former and current owners as I get my mail and packages on time. I use this facility because I used to have a USPS PO Box but they didn't at the time accept UPS or FedEx packages which was a pain as I would be forced to drive to their facility to pick up my packages. The former and current owners gave me a key so I can go into their facility after hours and pick up my mail at any hour which is very coinvent. When I had a USPS PO Boxes they would closed the building after a certain hour and you couldn't get in as well the days they were closed to include holidays so you were out of luck until they open up the next day(s).”
“The Asian gentleman at the N. Sanborn Post Office on Aug. 4, 2023 at 12;30 PM, who helped me, was absolutely superb in customer service, courtesy and kindness! You have my business from now on because of him. He helped me purchase the most practical and economical packaging for my computer to be mailed - He took such great care of me!”
“Four words: Easy peasy lemon squeezy. If you're not familiar with this location; the store is found in the far back left of this tight parking lot. The store front sign is small and obscure. Thus you might pass the store; so drive slowly. Customer service is so friendly here. Caveat: they do not help unload boxes from your vehicle. The cost to ship a regular size LBC box is now $75 dollars (due to COVID?) they take cash or credit/debit cards for payment Overall, I am completely satisfied and recommend this LBC location. Shipping goods to The Philippines? Use this place! You will not be disappointed. Cheers!”
“I was a little nervous about shipping $400 in xmas presents. Ups provided me with a tracking number, which once activated, I was able to share with the recipient. We were both notified via texts, the expected delivery date, as well as package delivered. Eliminated any guess work, and minimized the possibility of theft. Excellent customer service, highly recommend...??”

“I was faced with a difficult task today. My mission was to find someone willing to ship a box weighing 35 lbs and about 4 ft/ish long. Originally, when I first set out on this adventure I thought it would be easy. I was wrong. I was told no by USPS, apparently they don’t take packages this big. Okay, I’ll try FedEx Seaside. They explained they can ship things this big but that the integrity of my box was slim and that I’d need a new one BUT they don’t carry boxes as big as I need however the location on Lighthouse does. On the bright side they provided me with a quote of how much it would cost me to ship. They gave me a sliver of hope being that the cost was less than I anticipated. I headed to FedEx on Lighthouse with high hopes. I lug around my big box that’s almost bigger than me for the third time and Abi a crew member at FedEx Lightouse quoted me $490 for it!!!!!!! I let her know they quoted me 200 and she insisted they were wrong.I wanted to give up. I had to run errands in Salinas and figured I’d try one more time at the location on the North Side.RIGHT when I came in, Gloria helped me with the door and straight away started taping where the box lacked integrity so I wouldn’t have to pay for another box and packaging. She played no games, and got my box processed and charged me what I was quoted originally at FedEx in Seaside; $203. She truly made my day and resolved the difficult task I was faced with. Who knew it was so hard to ship a large package and shipping centers?!?!I wish I went here first and met Gloria from the beginning. This FedEx is great because of her I’m sure.Thank you so much Gloria!!”

“Notary, copies, stamped and mailed all at one location!!! The gal that helped me, April, is very courteous and professional. She guided me through the process and it only took five minutes and I was done. Excellent quick service with a beautiful attitude. With her service I will return and spread the word about this place because of April's professionalism. Notary Public services $15. Call ahead to make sure she's there If she's not there you will be helped by another employee. I used both and prefer her thoroughness and attitude. Copies $0.30 each self help. Boxes of all sizes, envelopes, padded envelopes, tape, cards, packaging materials, everything you need for mailing and shipping even moving boxes. Keys. That make key copies. Call ahead to make sure they can make your key. Sometimes keys have to be programmed and I didn't ask about that. Parking. Plenty of parking in the lot right in front of the store Location. Easy to access right off the streetYou can grab a bagel to go at the business right next door.”
