I have been coming here for many years. The pharmacy lead Marian is the best. There is never a long wait, the service is excellent. They keep track of my all my prescriptions , when they are due each month, and always text me to let me know when they are ready for pickup. When a medication isn't covered they find alternatives that are and call my doctor. Also, if need a medication that has no alternative they give me the best price in the area. This is so much better than large chain stores. I don't remember ever walking in without Marian saying "how are you?" With a smile. Pharmacies can get pretty hectic but the staff here are always patient and kind.

Poor customer service. Attempted to establish as new customer instead I was placed in long hold only to be info I needed to wait for my specialty Rx. I get that but the customer service was not there I felt they're not sympathetic nor empathetic. Don't go there.

Simply A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!!!! Hands Down, Not only the Best Pharmacy Ever, but, THE BEST STAFF E.V.E.R.!!!!!! Mirian and Andrea are truly Diamonds in the Rough. They treat you like family.I found them by fate one day about 3 years ago because our usual pharmacy did not have the RX i needed in stock (which was not the first time) so we left and were driving home and my husband saw Santa Fe Pharmacy and said, "Lets check to see if maybe they have it".. We walked in and Mirian greeted me with that beautiful smile of hers and welcomed me.I handed her the prescription and told her my situation and let her know that because of my chronic issue that this was a medication that i actually need on a monthly basis and she told me, "Oh, thats No Problem at All... And I can actually make sure that dosent happen to you again because I can make sure we your medication in stock and ready to fill monthly for you". I have had many issues with my medication being in stock until i finally came to.Santa Fe. Its been 3 years and I am still with them and will never recommend any other place again.. My whole family goes there and they ALWAYS have my childrens, husband and my medications processed before we ever even need to call them in.. they always have a bag ready to go for my family and we have NEVER GONE WITHOUT SINCE.TO MIRIAN AND ANDREA, WE LOVE YOU, YOU TREAT US LIKE FAMILY AND YOU WILL ALWAYS BE A PART OF OURS. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH AND THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE AND DO FOR US.

For years I've had my prescriptions filled at large pharmacies. I have about 13 meds daily and they get confusing to keep track of. My insurance actually recommended Santa Fe Pharmacy, and had the pharmacist, Mary Ann call me. Its been about 4 or 5 months since I switch my script to her, and it couldn't be easier. She did all the footwork, and still goes above and beyond to make it so easy for me. She separates my pills into daily doses (for morning and nighttime)and will put them in twice daily packaging. She is always a step ahead, and will call me when its ready, and also call my doctors if I'm needing a refill. Its a small store, so they are not open 24 hours, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. They know who I am as soon as I come in, and have my items ready with sincerity.

Gardenia is a miracle worker!!!! I am so appreciative of her service. She went above and beyond. I am a fertility patient and I had a last minute order after hours that needed to be fulfilled by the next day. It was a total long shot but she made it happen. She actually went after hours to make sure my medication made it in time to FedEx. I can't explain how much that means to me. I have used a lot of pharmacies over the years of being an IVF patient, but I am now a customer for life! Huge kuddos to Gardenia and her manager Jason for making it happen!

I love Santa Fe Pharmacy! The pharmacist is the best. She is very caring and very helpful. She makes sure my medication is always ordered and available when it's time to be filled. The staff is very friendly and they remember you and I feel like everyone there really cares! I switched to Santa Fe after going to the same pharmacy for several years and I am so glad I switched.
