I've very luckily had the opportunity to encounter Maria Garcia in helping me file my taxes and this being my first time at H&R Block, rather than the typical mom & pops location l've gone to within my immediate family, was rather a delight and very quick!! Maria managed to get me the most out of my return than all the other occasions l've had them filed in the past couple of years, all in a very friendly, informative, and efficient manner.Will definitely come back for next tax season & recommending my family to go here. :)(Receptionist was also very friendly, thank you!)

H&R Block has your back. Tax Professionals are continually trained and tested. Peace of mind, especially when it comes to taxes, is priceless. Now more than ever with all the stimulus payments , child tax credits and temporary changes, tax reform, the complicated W4. It's worth spending a little especially if doing so gets you more money in the long run.

Yesterday on Tuesday May 17,2021. I called to make an appointment on the last day of filing my Taxes. I spoke with MARK ANTHONY DIAZ, Sr. Tax Analyst on the phone to make an appointment with him. Before concluding our conversation I asked how much it'll be and he said "it'll be $134.00" and I asked again, there won't be any other charges added when I get there. He said "No". So I made the appointment for 1:30PM to see him. Afterwards he finishes everything he then said I'll be paying $179.00 I was very upset and called him out on this for lying to me on the phone to have me come in for my taxes!!!!! Can't fathom he have the audacity to lie and do business like this. Very unprofessionalism to conduct business in this manner. I will NEVER give my business to H&R Block ever again and will report them to the California Attorney's Office, BBB, The California Department of businesses and The California Trade Commissioner. You messed with the wrong customer and I'll make sure everyone knows how unethical this business is here in Chino.
