“We had a great and easy experience atMattress Firm, Chino Hills location. Tiffany was the associate that greeted us as we walked in. I usually say I'm "just looking" in hopes that I am left alone to browse and shop without a pushy sales person following me around. However, this was NOT the case with Tiffany. She was friendly, relatable and very helpful. It was easy to talk to her and explain what we were looking for without feeling like she was trying to upsell us on anything. She was able to answer our questions and give us the information we were inquiring about. I was honestly going in there with the intention of just gathering information and testing out a mattress that we had in mind. But Tiffany gave us such a good deal and made it so easy, that we ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable base before leaving! Delivery is set for tomorrow and I can't wait, thank you Tiffany! Also, shout out to her co worker that was there (don't recall his name but according to Tiffany he's a mattress geek ?) he was friendly and helpful as well. Thanks guys!”

“I stopped in after a dental appointment next door looking for a coffee table. The workers are friendly and let you wander around on your own and then check on you after you've had a chance to look, which I appreciated. They have a wide variety of styles, not just in coffee tables, and I found this beauty. Since they are going out of business, everything is marked way down and they are selling their floor models, so there is a little bit of scuffing. Definitely not a game changer for me, because in reality, it's going to eventually get scuffed at home anyway, right? They carefully wrapped the glass and had it waiting for us to pick up. (They offer delivery, too, but we didn't need it.) They treat you with respect and with pieces that have a rustic look, they make sure you understand that that is the way it is supposed to be. This coffee table is better than I expected. It's a shame they are going out of business. We looked at other furniture stores and they have a much better variety than even the big name places we went to. I hope of you are looking for furniture of any kind you will check them out.”

“Wow I know there is only 3 reviews other than mine here but I must say I am shocked that 2 are bad reviews. I went to Alex furniture after shopping 2 weeks for a formal dining room, wasn't to pleased with one's i found elsewhere, I went downtown L.A., Mathis Brothers, Mor Furniture, easy life etc....... Didn't know where else to shop and we had just moved to Chino a month ago. My husband remembered saying a furniture store sign on Central, so we drove on central and saw Alex. We showed him the dining table we wanted elsewhere and asked him for a price with 8 chairs rather than 6 I was getting elsewhere, he beat the price by $800 and we got 2 extra chairs! We ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. They did not give us a delivery time only the day it would be delivered but that was pretty good if you ask me. We have since decided to order new family room couches and again he beat the price. we were getting the Couch, Loveseat, chair and ottoman at Mathis for $2000 delivered. we ended up getting all of the above plus Coffe table, end Table and Sofa table for $2000 with Alex. Delivery is today again no time was given but for saving me that much money I will be home waiting for the delivery!! I will refer my family and friends to Alex!”

“This is the Chino town square OG Target. This was here long before the bigger one in the spectrum. It's small but they usually have the basics you may need. I generally will drive up to this target a couple of times a month. The wait can be pretty long for the drive up at rush hour and they may even run out of parking spots. I've had to park and go in at times to get my order at the pick up customer service desk. This target is local to where I live so it's convenient. If I shop here for specific things and they're not always available at this one, I have to go to the bigger one on grand ave in the spectrum. I was looking for warm socks for my girls so I wanted to actually go in. They did have some thankfully! I used self check out this time and it was easy.”
“This Target is huge and probably one of the most hidden location, I checked out a few departments including toys, collectibles and others, I noticed they got some items that had been sitting on the shelves for a while, some become peck warmers, must have been because no-one did any toys hunting around here, some were even gone on discounts, I never seen a specific figure would go on sales at that price, which was unthinkable at the other Target, but luckily they do price match, still haven't found my Transformers figure, I am going to check out more Targets stores in the next few days”
