Excellent shopping environment for a Chinese supermarket. 99 ranch and H mart combined. Brand new fish tanks looking like an aquarium. Vege prices comparable to Rowland Heights. Frozen section has decent variety.

Date of Visit: 9/1/2024 (3-5 PM)
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this grocery store. The wait time for checkout was over one hour, despite there being five registers open. Each cashier took nearly 10 minutes per customer, which is unacceptable.
When it was almost my turn, the cashier at register No. 2 rudely informed us that her lane was closing because she was getting off work. I explained that I had been in line for over an hour and couldn’t start over in another line, but she ignored me and left, leaving my items on the belt. Another cashier from register No. 1 then asked us to move to another lane. I refused, explaining the long wait and the inconvenience to everyone behind me. She seemed unsure of what to do and sought help from a manager, who was also busy checking out customers and did not assist.
This store desperately needs better training for its staff, especially the management. Such poor service and long wait times are not seen in other grocery stores.

It's like a smaller version of your usual 99 ranch. If you don't have one near you this one works fine.

This is a very clean 99 ranch and it's actually pretty big inside, but they don't really offer as much as you'd think. HMart is still a better grocery store but for something quick, it's a good market.

Worth a visit, even if the hot food counters are closed.

This is the new style of 99 ranch market. I like it better than the old ones because the older ones are not as clean and it's often unsafely crowded. I come grocery often

I bought a salmon today from the seafood area and Enrique Diaz diligently helped me clean and cut the fish. He was so careful and even helped me remove the bones. He was so great and I would definitely come back to the fish aisle again!!!

Had one whole pricey fish fried and less than 30mins we started eating it at home...yakkk! Fish wasn't fresh, kinda rotten. Thought about complaining with my receipt.. but what for? The crab wasn't good either even though the worker said it should be ok since they just retrieved it from the aquarium that morning. We'll try not to buy any seafood from this store anymore.
