We are very loyal customers, but the service at this store is extremely poor. We asked the staff for help twice, but no one came. As I am writing this review, we have already been waiting for 40 minutes.

Older gentleman that works there spoke to me like I didn’t know how to use makeup then proceeded to ask me if I was PREGNANT and pointed out that he saw my stretch marks so he didn’t know. He wanted to sell me a cream… he asked me in front of my group of friends also… very embarrassing and ruined my day. I am 11 months post-partum and just started to feel like myself again.

I went in today around 1 and the gentleman in the grey suit was so welcoming and helped me find a product I needed and suggested one for my skin. I usually like to just shop and look on my own but his demeanor and friendliness was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely come back just for his advice and amazing customer service skills!!

This store provided a very welcoming experience. And to address a recent review I've read on here regarding "surveillance", I did not feel any of that but just a sense of them paying attention and looking if anyone needs assistance. Unless a certain customer has got something to "hide", one shouldn't be bothered if employees are just doing their jobs.And I really want to make a shout to Neesa. Thank you for putting effort in calling me that I left something at the store. Thank you for being a really nice cashier and friendly in general! I appreciate you.

I really enjoy going to this Sephora location. It’s a good size, well stocked and organized with wonderful customer service. I just wish they carried YSL. Ofelia, was so kind and took her time to match me perfectly. Also like that there is plenty of parking.

The level of surveillance and scrutiny at this particular establishment is quite pronounced. It is difficult to walk around and shop without sensing a constant gaze, unless one fits to the prevailing societal norms in this area. Moreover, during my recent checkout experience, the cashier failed to acknowledge my presence and engaged in a conversation with a colleague instead. The lack of concern and disregard for basic customer service was evident, as the cashier didn’t bother saying goodbye or looking at us as she finished ringing us out. This is not the first occurrence of such behavior during my visits to this establishment, and I had hoped for a more positive experience on this occasion hoping it was simply the staff but it was the same.

I went in looking for some products to help my sensitive skin. Nancy offered to help and based on her own experience and product knowledge she was able to help me find something to help my concerns of dry skin. I'm a few days in and I'm so grateful for her recommendations.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff at Sephora on 07-29-2023 around 4 PM during the shut down due to the shooter at PF Chang’s. It was very noticeable they were trained in an active shooter situation/shut down. They were professional and exceptionally calm throughout the entire shut down. They continued to advise us when updates were given. They provided safe shelter with water and bars as we waited. Even though some were frustrated, the staff continued to be professional. No one wants to be inconvenienced but if it has to happen then Sephora is the place to hold up in shelter. Thankfully no one in the store was injured due to the swift thinking of the staff locking the doors and keeping everyone safe. Kudos to the training they received because they put it to good use. It’s good to know they were prepared. ??????
