  Nice bank. you can deposit and withdraw money here. Pretty straightforward honestly. Oh, they also are open Saturdays and Sundays.

  Very slow service, and very often you see 3-4 people inside walking around or just sitting in front of the computers with only one teller open and the line is out the door of the supermarket.
  Very slow, very slow, many, many times I had to go in to just deposit checks, I had to wait there for their slow service, extremely slow for a check deposit. The culture of the entire branch is rotted to the core, if there is even a manager here, (I doubt that they do from the looks of it) but if there is one called the "manager" in this branch, this person should be FIRED, forever banned from banking service. The entire branch needs an entire new staff, all of them is rotted to the core.

  I come to this East-west Bank a lot. I like it because it is convenient. It is inside 99 Ranch Market so I can shop grocery at same time, plus it open for longer hours and weekend. One thing that really bug me is that although they usually have 4 tellers behinds the window but only one teller is helping customer, even there are customers waiting in line. The other three tellers are just doing other things. I saw this happened so many times. Customer time is valuable. If you have too many customers than you can handle, we understand. But the tellers not helping customer even they are available, that is bad customer service.

  This bank was located inside of the ranch market which is at the corner of psyton and chino Avenue in the rolling ridge plaza. It is not easy to take photographs of banks since they have security policies however I did my best. It seems that the bank is small and it's possible that this one location that is inside the store also has its own separate entrance. They do have an ATM outside which is nice.

  Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow. Nothing else is worth saying about the staff at this branch. They they are so slow every time I go in to do any transaction. slow slow slow, I have been a eastwest bank customer for over 20 years and other branches never perform this bad, it takes forever to deposit a check the counter.

  Terrible customer service. 3 tellers sitting and doing nothing while there is a huge line with one teller window open. The only open teller Jason was extremely unhelpful and rude. I had two checks to deposit and was in a rush so I didn't fill out a deposit slip. Every other bank normally takes me checks and helps me fill out a slip just to speed things up. But not Jason. He told me to "go fill out a deposit slip" and I had to go wait back in line. Talk about terrible customer service. East West Bank, you really need to train your staff or hire friendlier people. Jason didn't seem like he cared about his job or his customers. That said, will not return to this branch.

  Extremely rude employees. No manners at all. Very very unprofessional. Especially one of the guys. You work in a bank, be professional, and don't act like a freaking rude teenager hanging out with his buddies.

  Employees were very courteous the several times I visited this branch and I feeling they did go beyond the regular courtesy, however bank employees leave and go due to other employments.
