Jahai was very helpful! I recommend going to this Verizon store over the one in the mall! The people in the mall had no customer service and didn’t even help set up my new phone. Jahai had me in and out in about 30 minutes, great customer service!!

Had a great experience at my local Version store today. I destroyed my phone, was expecting many important calls, and needed to keep track of my stocks and other apps. A man called Jahai set me up with a new iPhone super fast. I was back to work and in touch with all important things - very appreciative of the fast and friendly service. I’ve tried quite a few cell phone services over the years, Verizon is the best!

The reps here are great and the wait time is excellent. However, Verizon as a company is AWFUL. AT&T is way better. Avoid Verizon at all costs. They will rob you blind.

Once again, Victra did an outstanding job of getting me set up. Jonathan was superb.My only regret was beyond their control. They were unable to access a corporate account, so I still have some work to do to access my lost phone.

Excellent service. I peaked in just to look at phone cases and all staff was so friendly and personable. Very easy to chat with and if I didn’t already have service with a free extra line with sprint, I would’ve switched to Verizon. Thank you east Ave Verizon staff. You guys are cool! ?✌️

My experience with Daniel the sales rep at Verizon was awesome. He's polite. Very helpful. He made me and others with me feel very comfortable and just the whole experience awesome. I left my old phone with him for hours while waiting for my new one to be ready and he asked everytime for my permission to open up certain apps in order to help me with my issues on phone. He didn't try to hustle me into some big sale .he helped me get what was in my budget. Best product for what I wanted and overall I'd have him help me anytime. Very nice man. Good spirit to him. Thanks Daniel for all your help.
