I’m trying to call Chico Target (18 times now) and no answer in any department throughout the store! It’s maddening and extremely unprofessional. What a disgrace!

Just awful. Dont answer their phones and corp customer service operators with so thick accents its impossible. Really going downhill. Used to love target. Bummer experiences now.

The shelves always seem to be poorly stocked, and items that are listed as available in the store from the website can't be located. I've put in online orders for pick up, just to be notified a short time later that numerous items from the order are actually out of stock. Items in their clearance sections often have no prices listed, so you have to locate a scanner just to find out how much they cost. I almost always leave this Target frustrated, and typically avoid shopping there if at all possible at this point.

I order from this Target for pick up and average of 3 or more days a week. I went here to pick up my order and the girl (Sierra/Ciara) who brought it out was very rude and disgustingly unprofessional. It was so bad to the point where it was bothering me so much that after I went home I came back to speak with a manager. The manager seemed somewhat understanding and I do hope that he really does help her understand a true level of professionalism. Because they have now lost a customer because of how rude she was because I had a simple question about the bag fee. I will also be reaching out to corporate to file a complaint against her as well.

I love Target! The lighting, and floor color are great. It's nice to not walk in a dimly lit store with grey concrete floors. There are ample options all around the store and I love the grocery area. The prices are fair and the workers are so friendly, especially at the Starbucks!

Very poor associate to customer connection at this store. Made a simple Bopis order and after getting the confirmation that my order was ready for pick up drove down and parked. I called in to pick up and was met with 2 separate people who told me my order was not ready. I waited 20 mins in the sun while they figured out what was wrong. 1/5 experience with what should be a very easy system.

Went into the store to claim the welcome baby kit, but they didn’t have any in stock. The store associate told me to call in daily to see if there are any. They don’t answer the phones. I’ve called multiple times throughout the day with no response. It’s a waste of time to go to the store daily when there’s no guarantee on stock.

Love their drive up feature. I placed an order for drive up and They had it ready for me by the time I got there. They were super nice and made sure not to forget anything.I have always had a good experience at my store.In and out with in 5 minutes in most cases.

They don’t answer the phone ever. You can try every department every time of day and nothing it just rings and rings. Well, actually, Starbucks department is different. It just hangs up on you. So if you have one question about an order you just placed, be prepared to drive to the store to ask where you’ll notice multitude of employees hanging around on their cel phones instead of picking up the store phone. They will be glad to answer it in person for you but it’s a huge huge waste of time.
