I had another great Target Drive-Up experience today. If there was anything good that came out of covid, it's Target Drive-Up! It seems like the employees at the Chico location are friendlier than the locations I used to frequent when I lived in the Sacramento area. In general, my orders are ready for pickup more quickly than originally estimated. On the flip side, I've had more frequent instances of items being out of stock after placing an order. Sadly, I would guess it's due to in-store theft which throws off inventory counts. That aside, I'm a loyal Target customer who appreciates the app + Drive-Up. Shopping for the essentials - and the occasional splurge - couldn't be easier!

Unbelievable! Went to shop for clothing but no one could open the fitting rooms. Asked 4 employees, one said they heard they were closed today! It's 5pm and the store is open until 10pm. I will not be back.

I am visiting from out of town and needed a few things so stopped by this Target location. I understand they close at 10pm so was surprised and disappointed to find their fitting room closed at 8:45pm, so I Placed items back on the rack. Walked through the kids shoe aisles and shoes were thrown everywhere. Zero organization so I passed up on looking for shoes for my little ones. Found the makeup aisle to be no different. Long lines at checkout since self checkout was closed off. Definitely not a good experience. (Update: I was later informed the fitting rooms are never available and are used as storage.)

Store was a mess things thrown out in the aisle and dirty floors , dressing rooms. The only reason I'm giving it a extra star instead of one was the employee who helped us in self check out was kind.

My complaint. And this is a complaint, is with the lack of aftercare and support offered by Target for the products they sell. I understand that some companies are in it for a quick buck. And don't believe that their goods, and I use that term loosely, are capable of lasting longer than a few days without breaking. But this little scheme shocked me completely. I purchased an Apple Pencil a week before Christmas to replace one which had broken, which was in turn, replacing another broken pencil. (Should've figured it out there). Once this new one also found it's demise, through very little use. Being only a couple weeks old. I was told that ANY OTHER electronic product. With the exception of Apples, was available for return. But Apple, on the other hand, had a two week shorter return period, then literally any other product in electronics. This is the largest electronics company in the nation that does not believe in their product enough, to allow customers to return items, at least as long as the most basic entry level item in Target. That's crazy. My issue with Target is that they allowed their return policy to be changed and dictated to them in their own store, so that they offered a lower level of customer service than they did for any other brand.The follow up complaint, is that upon calling target, I was told by one of their highly trained and motivated staff that answerd the phone (after a half hour of calling) of course I could exchange my defective product no problem. Yet when I arrived at the store, the veteran customer service associate informed me that they had, and I quote "children working back there who have no idea what they're talking about." Great job target. Stellar Christmas experience. I will never shop there again since it is apparently staffed by children. And they carry products they don't believe in. Why would I.

I was trying to get a refund for something I bought I bought recently. I waited in line for a while, while another worker was just standing behind the desk, not making any eye contact with me. A couple minutes later, the coworker went in the near by office room and I thought that she went to tell another worker that we were waiting. She did not do that at all. We had to wait for another worker to go ask other person to help us. I was just simply trying to put the money back into my new card that I had to get, and I was met with hostility and shortness. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever revived. Not even a second after she returned my money back to the WRONG card, she walked it it he office. The other target workers were just standing around when I was clearly upset. I never want to go back to this target again. Get better workers.

Seriously am disgusted with one of the employees at target. There was two gentlemen working there, one with blonde hair and the other with dark hair. I asked the dark haired guy for water as he was the one on register. He proceeds to lick his fingers right in front of me, with no remorse and does it again. He's licking whatever food he was eating right off his fingers and still preparing my drink. DOESNT EVEN WASH HIS HANDS FIRST OR NOTHING. MIND YOU he is doing this all while prepping my water. It's as if he didn't care about anything. I'm absolutely disgusted with this, I tried calling to make a complaint but no one is picking up. I really hope he learns to wash his hands, as I saw him serve other people. I didn't get his name but I really wish I did. This was disgusting especially since we're still in a pandemic. Do better. Please management, talk to this guy and/or fire him. It happened sometime around 2:35PM - 2:40PM, if anyone in security who works here wants to look at surveillance cameras of this incident.

I was just in your store in chico ca. it was disgusting. Target has always been a great shopping experience until recently. Every trash was overflowing. Trash on the ground and in all the planters. It's sad to see.

This Target is consistently out of everything. The shelves are always bare. Whoever is in charge of inventory needs some serious training, this is kind of ridiculous.

Terrible service. Do not shop here! Ordered same day pick up at store. Told it would take up to 2 hours to process. 2.5 hours later I stopped by the store. Order still not processed. Told I could wait but no guarantee they would get to it before closing. Staff had no interest in fulfilling the order. Will not shop at Target anymore.

My wife and I were in your store today at approximately 10:45. We used the self serve check out. As I was scanning our items, a lady with a dog used the register next to us. As we were leaving we encountered an employee who was "playing" with a dog while engaged in conversation with two customers. Neither of the dogs were guide/comfort dogs. What exactly is your store policy regarding dogs ?
