The young man that works there is kind of rude, rude tone and word usage . Did a return and he kept asking why it was returned . It wasn’t used but I just didn’t want it anymore.

Went into sally's earlier this week and i was helped by this girl with purple/green hair. I picked out a dye and she recommended me a 40 developer with it. Long story short it absolutely fried my hair off. My hair was virgin and i had told her this. NO ONE GO HERE!

if I could give zero stars I would. i asked the girl working if she knew the difference between 2 color removers and kid you not she just looked at me and said "i don't know" and looked back down at her phone. same time another man walked in and asked if they sold Johnny B products and she did the same to him. the other girl working wasn't to rave about either. attitudes there are sour. not helpful AT ALL. worst customer service is AWFUL. disgusting someone has that type of attitude

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommend this store over ANY beauty store. The young man that checked me out and helped me find the perfect products for my hair was the perfect example of how customer service could be! Thank you for making my shopping easy, enjoyable, and knowledgeable! Thanks for all the tips!

I came in to get toner for my hair and some blue shampoo (for blonde hair). The employee got me a blue shampoo for brunettes that she insisted would be better than the blonde one. I used it and it dyed my hair green and messed up all of the progress I’d made with the blonde. I then had to come back and pay for all of the supplies to fix this (color remover, more toner). The manager refused a refund several times until finally caving. I never collected the refund but that goes to show how the managers here act. I cannot have green hair for work and should have immediately been given a refund for what I purchased. The managers here are obviously UNDER QUALIFIED and disrespectful. Will not be shopping here again unless it’s under new management.

Ohshinnah Bluewolf is an outstanding employee to this business. She seems very determined on helping each customer get what they love the most. She new exactly what she was talking about and knew where everything was . She even got me to sign up for a Sally's credit card. She was super sweet and her hair was amazing she even said she did it herself.

Chanel is the most wonderful and helpful person I think I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She's the whole reason I come out to Chico for Sally's. She's so knowledgeable and eager to help, it's impressive. Chanel helped me with my brother's Halloween costume, and I could not have done it half as well with her help. She is the real MVP.

Friend and I went in yesterday. Every time we have gone in, for the past few years, it is usually Chanel that helps us. She is always extremely helpful in helping us find the things that we need, even explaining the steps to us. She greets us as soon as we come in the store and always has such a bubbly, great personality (not only with us but with all of the customers that come in). My daughter actually loves coming here because of her warm and welcoming personality and the attention that she gives to each customer, as if we are all such important customers. She is so sincere as she helps too. The world needs more people like this who focus on the customers and giving great customer service.

You can fine good variety of goods. But the big lady in front that always in there could take some classes on how customers service attitude should be. She is so rude & never smile.. I just wish her personality is big as she is in a good way, & not other way around!

Place is small , but they have almost everything you need. I read most of the comments here, seem like almost everyone got a positive attitude from the big lady behind the register. But I can honestly said that is not the attitude I got from her! I don't know if it's because I am not white? She never smile and pouting when I asked questions about the product. I thought it was part of her job. I just wish she have a good big attitude as big as her a*** but it's the opposite. Her attitude is big as her & it's not in a good way !!!!

I like this store but the highlight is Chanel (Assistant Manager, I think). Chanel is a dynamo with exceptional customer service skills. She's helped me a couple of times with great tips and explanations. The first time I went there a couple of years ago, the store suddenly filled up and there were about 10 people in line at once. Chanel handled it like a pro, engaging everyone in a group conversation while she rang us through. I hope the store recognizes what an asset she is! I'll be back.
