Do not EVER EVER EVER do business with this crooked place! They charged my credit card for parts that were never put on my car! They were supposed to install a new fuel pump which was never installed. I ended up taking my car to an honest mechanic after this nightmare and he showed me photos that proved that not only was my old fuel pump never changed, there were no toll marks in the bolts! This guy charged a lot of money on my credit card and did no repairs, then pocketed the money. Not to mention the fact that the mechanic and his friend Derek were highly inappropriate with my twelve year old daughter. What kind of guy openly flirts with Ave twelve year old child? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SICKO! He's crooked, unethical and takes advantage of people if he thinks he can get away with it. Stay far away unless you want to get ripped off!

Having used Pettersen's a number of times, now, I can say that he knows his stuff! I plan to continue to use him for our "special needs" cars, including the classics. I am also in the business, so I feel that I know a legit professional, when I meet one. He definitely has the special knowledge that is very rare, these days!
