I wondered in one day just to browse and happened upon this absolute gem of a storefront it is so incredibly cozy. The staff is so helpful. I’ve been having problems with my shoulder and my neck from sleeping with a crappy pillow and was set up with a new pillow and a new set of sheets and it has been life-changing. My shoulder pain is gone, and I have never had such amazing sheets! I will definitely be back for a new mattress when it’s time and probably some more pillows for the guest room

My husband and I were in the Chico showroom yesterday and were very impressed with the Nest line of products and the excellent customer service provided by Cora in the store and by email within hours after we left. I highly recommend checking out this local family-owned company!

This is our second purchase, our first was in 2018 and we loved our mattresses and Reverie Adjustable Bases. We just purchased Sparrow Hybrids with bases and the team at Nest has been wonderful from the shopping experience to purchase and taking care of an issue we had. Cora and Jason were very attentive to solving our issue and we could not be happier with the overall experience and product quality. It is a good test for receiving great service during the sale but receiving service when you have an issue is the true test of a vendor who cares about the full experience. They communicated via email and I even received a call from them during the process. Great product, friendly interactions and patience with questions to an exceedingly outstanding service delivery. Thank you to Cora, Jason and the Nest Team!

Nest’s lifetime warranty is a scam. My hybrid mattress started to sag and sink in in the first two years, and gave me back pain. I’ve contacted customer twice requesting for warranty services and both times haven’t gotten any response. Would never buy another Nest product ever again.

Cora Jones is a fantastically helpful/efficient sales lady. Besides knowing the ins and outs of Nest Bedding product line, not one question went unanswered, she possessed the charm and qualities one can benefit from while shopping for apparently a superior product. Prices varied, and the showroom looked very clean cut and attractive to the eyes. She exhibited all the good traits of a well rounded representative. What sealed the whole experience for us was her kindness in assisting my handicapped companion by walking her to our parked vehicle. Was an unexpected gesture, but totally appreciated. Offered all pertinent information to revise later with zero pressure tactics, and truly a very nice time was had, even raising the AC when it was to our convenience. Classy, professional, and seriously considering the Owl? With individuals such as Cora Jones the future of Nest Bedding is practically assured to be a success. 5 Stars.

I have to say I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Nest Bedding in Chico. I was happy to see they are nothing like those big mattress stores that feel more like a used car lot than a bedding store. No creepy sales person breathing down your neck pressuring you to make a purchase. Nest takes a much more human approach which I appreciated. They got to know me and my needs without me feeling pressured to buy something on my first visit. I took my time did my research and I ended up purchasing the Owl mattress in a medium feel along with their Easy Breather pillows. I am extremely happy with the quality of the products and the overall shopping experience.

Holy smokes! What a great experience!(This is a review for an on-line ordering - and return - experience.)Everything, from the ordering, to the quick shipping and quality of the pillow, to the (unfortunate) return process! Everything was extraordinary!The pillow I ordered from Nest was extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the ability to adjust the firmness and the loft of it. But sadly, I have a reaction to memory foam, and it still affects me badly. I returned it, and Anthony Tarbell in Customer Service was soooo helpful and understanding in that process. He made the process easy, and when I messed up the return (completely on me), Anthony was extremely helpful in that, as well.Highest, highest marks to these guys! In the future, I will look to them whenever I have bedding needs!

My Nest mattress started sinking from my weight (100 lbs!!) after just a few months, and now I have back and neck pain from this awful quality mattress. I emailed back and forth with customer service for months, because they asked me to take new photos and measurements each week. They finally refused the warranty even though I have photos and measurements of the mattress sinking. Please read all the detailed unhappy reviews on Reddit and other sites, describing the difficult return process and poor quality.
