The store looks great. I live out of town and hadn't been there for awhile. EVERYTHING has been cleaned up and reorganized. I didn't have any trouble navigating, self serve order pickup worked great and the new checkout area is set up similar to Marshall's stores with a single line funneling into multiple cashiers. There were lots of pretty things to look at along the way. Nicely done through out the store and very clean.

A lady working in customer returns threw a tantrum because of a brief mix-up with my amazon order. Kept giving me dirty looks and muttering stuff under her breath. True lack of class on behalf of Kohl's.

I haven't been here in about two months, and Kohl's remodeled. Custom Service is no longer in the back of the store. It is up front by the men's department.

I hate stores where everything is on sale all the time. I spend too much time worrying that I'm missing some sort of discount and weather their "sale" price is actually more affordable than another store's normal price.

Always happy with the customer service here,and Kevin (not sure if he’s a manager or what?) Is always there making it a positive experience for both the customers and the employees from what I can see! They have fun a joke and I appreciate the atmosphere! Love this store!

Excellent checkout service. Coupons galore. You've got one, they'll take more, unlike other department stores. You know who I'm referring to. My joke is, I leave Kohl's thinking they're going to owe me money....their coupons are so generous.

Why go to Goodwill when you can buy new, quality clothes on clearance for less? I love Kohl's because they have a huge selection and their clearance is amazing. And don't forget Kohl's Cash!
