I love Kaia Fit Chico! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, personable and very encouraging!! The workouts are always changing and challenging me. I love that the coaches will modify some of the exercises to match my fitness level. I would highly recommend Kaia Fit Chico!
We work together to get fit, feel great and know that we Kan accomplish anything. Our number one goal is to inspire women to reach beyond what they thought was possible. Think of Kaia F.I.T. as a team sport. We are not your typical gym. We are not a room full of strangers. Sure, YOU drive to a gym, YOU show up every day and YOU pay for it, but once there you are surrounded by a group of individuals.
