Hands down the best jewelry shop in Chico. The customer service goes far beyond what you normally get, and they will do any design, re-design, resize, cleaning, etc that you could ever want. Have an heirloom piece that you need re-imagined? Done! I loved that I got to pick out the diamond and setting for my wedding ring, and there were endless options to choose from that they could order for me. I couldn't recommend Julianne's enough!

Alli and Bryan are the best! Alli was so patient in dealing with my very particular husband while he picked out my engagement ring, and Bryan always make sure it remains in the best shape and that I never lose a diamond. I couldn't be happier with my ring! Thank you!!!!

I brought a very sentimental family piece of jewelry in to be redesigned so I could wear it. Alli was so great with helping me with the design and worked very hard to get it just right. She is a joy to work with and knew how special this piece meant to me. The end result was better than I could have imagined. Bryan’s work is beautiful and such attention to every little detail. I left there with happy tears. They have a customer for life! Can’t say enough about them both.

Fantastic gem of a jewelry store in Chico. Run by a friendly, local family, they have a tremendous inventory of gemstones. If you need a repair or have an idea for your own design, they will work with you to make it happen. You would most likely pay much more for lower quality elsewhere, and your big box store might be taking more of your money and sending your work here, where they have the materials and know what they're doing.
