Love our new bed. This store has amazing deals on great furniture, especially around Memorial Day! Store personnel was welcoming and helpful and delivery / setup was professionally conducted. I highly recommend checking this store out.

i’ve been a customer of this place for many years so this is extremely disappointing. Took what was told a few weeks for a specific bed turned into over a month and the wrong bed. you NEVER get the calls back you have to be that annoying person to chase them. then at the time of purchase of the awful bed i settled for i order a platform bed frame that i never received never got calls about but still stuck on paying for merchandise i don’t have. The customer service needs some help in the communication department. Most definitely won’t be coming back anymore.

I ordered a chair from another vendor, with plenty of time for shipping, before my elderly Father's visit. I was sent only half the chair a full week later than expected. HOLBROOCK'S SAVED ME! They had only one chair, that had been sold earlier in the day. They checked with their warehouse/supplier and was able to get another chair for the previous customer (without any change to their delivery date or price) and let me purchase the chair that was in store! I wanted to cry! They really saved me! Thank you so much, HOLBROOCK'S staff, for making my Father's visit a far more independent and comfortable one! You are the best! I will always try Holbrook first from now on!

Very excited to have a brand new TempurPedic mattress at 80% off the manufacturer website price! Great deal thay could only be found at Holbrooks. We have purchased two mattresses so far and very happy. The customer service provided this weekend was phenomenal!

Purchased daybed, the delivery guys left 16.5” scratch on wall. Upon Holbrooks recommendation 8” mattresses were ordered, the mattress is too big and trundle will not close. I’ve been told correct size mattress has been ordered but it doesn’t seem to “make it on the truck.” I do not recommend.

They have some nice furniture, for excellent prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with their delivery service.

They sales team was so helpful helping me find a new couch that would fit my large family. I even disliked the one after I bought it and they underhand helped me fi d the right style and fit for my family. I go to them for all my household furniture from here and the future purchases!

This place is now my go to. I've been shopping around for some new furniture for the mother in law and Holbrooks had what I needed. The customer service really is what made them stand out. Shoutout to Austin who really worked with me to get this task done. Will be back.

Dislike this place. Say they are having a huge sale or blah blah off. But very steep prices. But great customer service. Plus, charge you delivery fees for local delivery. Gross
