Call and they hang up on you over and over, but when you go in the store they have great service and help you, and prices are cheap and good products.

found what i needed but not clean. ive seen a lot of reviews sayings its clean but the amount of unrecognizable stains made me feel really gross. then again i am a germophobe so take this with a grain of salt. it smells really funky, not in a good way. the items are okay. again, lot of weird white/brown/yellow stains that really gross me out.

The prices here are way out of line. I went in to look for paperback children's books for my six grandkids and was shocked by the highest prices in town for used thrift store books. $1.99 and up? What? The lowest thrift book price in Chico is .25 each, with .50 being the average, and some at $1.00-2.00, which is also too high. Plus, they don't have a designated sale day like other stores to buy any books at a reduced price or deal. Goodwill has a HUGE inventory of books but they are pricing themselves out. I and others would buy so many of their books if their prices were within reason. Who is in charge of pricing? I have never seen such high prices anywhere else in CA. I am going to call corporate and complain. Customers should have access to great children's books at a FAIR price in a "thrift" store. Otherwise, why would we come to Goodwill in the first place? I have already voiced my opinion at the store. I am going to call corporate and complain. (I am a newly retired Language Arts teacher so I do know what I am talking about when it comes to children's books and their prices.)

Best place to shop , found a large roll of Christmas wrapping paper, started but more reasonable price & a used pet carrier for $5.00. A few decorations for fall, all at reasonable prices. Friendly & helpful cashier's. Clean store, no bad scents there !

Staff is always kind and I usually find some hidden treasures. I like reducing, recycling and repurposing so this is a great spot to shop

The store has tons of products to browse through, there constantly rotating merchandise so you never know what you'll find the following day. As for the employees there are awesome employees that always have a positive attitude and help out whenever possible, like Scott. Then there a few employees who make you feel very uncomfortable now I won't name anyone for privacy reasons. The only reason I mentioned Scott is because he is an outstanding employee with a good sense of humor, I tell you what get a few more employees like him, and you'll have happy customers. On a side note prices here are a hit and miss some are straight out ludicrous and some are cheap cheap, but for the most part there clothes is highly overpriced.

Holy cow! I just left stunned and speechless. I wish I would have stayed and questioned the cashier who took my item's, (when I went to purchase them,) to the back of the store and Changed Their Prices?!?!?! Why? What? ???? I just wanted to buy two pans with lids, one was tiny and priced $.99 and the other was medium sized and priced $1.99. The cashier typed in the price of the small one as $5.99 so I questioned him and said I thought that was a dollar sign because there is a line vertically through it. So he said he needed to check the prices, as if they weren't written on there already, and took my item's away. When he brought them back suddenly they were $4.99 and $10.99! Wow??? What's with the change? And who is going to pay $10+ for a USED pan? Not Me! Wow, this was just crazy. Beware shopping here, and why bother pricing anything at all if the store is just going to have the cashier's change the prices at the register? 0/10 Rating, Terrible Overall Service. Wow, just wow....?!?!?!~ Stunned and Confused

Large selection. Ok prices, but quality was poor. Great cashiers and super friendly though. And the shoe selection was abysmal and stinky.

Goodwill used to be the place to go to for deals, but very expensive now, clothes are ripped, not very attractive, new items mixed in with used, which is odd, if donated, then should be at a bargain. Sheets were not sets, one or the other. Store was clean, but over all a no for me.
