The pharmacist that helped my husband when he went to grab my antibiotics to treat my kidney infection, asked him if I was breastfeeding. He said yes I am and she asked how old our baby is. He told her 13 or 14 months and she asked him if he “was sure” because that’s pretty old to be breastfeeding… She then proceeded to tell him/recommend putting my daughter on formula for the next two weeks.
Mind you, my doctor is aware I’m breastfeeding and told me this antibiotic is safe for a nursing mom. So this woman needs to keep her damn opinions to herself.

They charged my daughter $72 for a prescription that should've been $20. She hadn't paid for it before (due to deductible being met) and asked why it was so much money. They assured her that was the right price and that it had been run through her insurance. I contacted them 14 days later when I saw the charge on our HSA account. They refused to adjust the price, even though they said that they typically offer to use a discount card if the price is much higher than before (price would've been $20 with the discount card).I also had to call this pharmacy 3 times regarding another prescription a month ago to try to get them to honor the Good RX price. Even after 3 phone calls, they did not honor the price. I requested a transfer to Raley's pharmacy instead. CVS would not transfer the prescription after 3 requests from Raley's, so I had to request a new prescription from my provider instead.Horrible customer service. We will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

They shouldn't offer the drive thru to pick up meds if you have to sit for twenty minutes. Very poor service! This store needs to work on customer service. Stop taking new people if you can't keep up. Have been here for a long time and it's gotten very bad

This location is a joke....Bailey needs to be working in the stockroom, no customer interactions, I have never in life experienced such rude behavior from any establishment until my encounter with this woman...She told me I could call the manager but he's not going to do anything. I SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!
PS. BAILEY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY......SHE IS THE WORST?

I have their extra care card and I get cash back, coupons, and discounts! I just love shopping here. Their pharmacy personnel are friendly and helpful.

AWFUL customer svc at this location. I hate that East Ave closed. Stood in Pharmacy pick up line for 10 mins, then was told we are closing for lunch. Lunch hrs NOT listed online, “Mgr” of store said nothing she could do but write it down.
