I was expecting an order of 6 cases of tile to rebuild my home. They have now twice misdelivered it. This last time, I called ahead to give them directions, so they wouldn't get stuck on the road or leave it in the wrong location. They delivered it to my neighbor's house, 1/4 mile away on his steps. The directions say to deliver to the garage, he doesn't have a garage, how did they think they had the right house? The neighbor is disabled and can't access their steps or the railing on their steps and I am also disabled and unable to move these now soaking wet boxes of heavy tile.I've called two days ago (SATURDAY) and asked them to come move them and deliver them to the correct address. They still have not come to move them and my neighbor can't leave his home or use his front steps safely.Blocking the safe egress from someone's home should NEVER happen, but especially when a disabled person lives in that home. His walker was sitting right at the bottom of the steps, and it was VERY CLEAR that a disabled person lived there. All of our neighbors are gone because of the fire that destroyed our homes. There is no one to help us within miles to move these boxes of tile.I am incredibly upset and disappointed with UPS right now.

Cannot reach them at all to ask about my package that was supposed to be delivered, but now is on hold. The automated system does not repeat the correct tracking number, so my package is just in limbo.

The UPs stores in Chico, Calif charge a fee to print out return slip for Amazon Prime packages $3.00 Plus taxes. This is a real rip off. Don't go there go to Kohls they do returns totally free as it should be.

The driver was throwing packages around this is a second driver that's been throwing packages inside their vehicle around my package came damaged and almost a halfway. Opened Some of the product is missing the product is damaged This is uncalled for an unprofessional and I thought ups was better then usps But both places do not deliver to the back door as I've had packages left out front and they've come up stolen in the past because I live. Right next to the road

I was supposed to have a package delivered a week ago, but weather conditions were understandably bad, but it's clear now. But I now have to drive over an hour to pick up my packages and according to UPS I have to pay to get them. I am so done with this. I want everyone to know how horrible the service is. In addition I can only pick it up between 2:30 and 5:30. There is a hub a half hour closer, but it's too much trouble for them to get it there'.

Our ups driver likes to race across our property putting us and all our guest in danger. When I told him to slow down he just quit delivering to us. They lie and say we want it held for pickup, making us do a more than 1 hr round trip drive. Criminal and dishonest, we are done with ups.

No other carrier has a problem leaving packages at my house, Fed Ex will put the packages on the side of my house. It is impossible to receive any packages if UPS is handling it. People work while they are delivering, and now to request packages to be held UPS want an additional $10 to communicate with the drive to leave the package at the hub.
