Lots of amazing household stuff here. A little pricey but everything is pretty good quality. Only place I go to when looking for new pillows. So many varieties you will for sure find the perfect one for your satisfaction. Ask about there rewards system

If you want absolutely 0 help or answers to your questions served with an attitude, come in and ask for Jamie. She’s probably single-handedly the reason I will never come in here again. Her tone and body language made us feel so unwelcome, and like we were stupid for asking her a question that she also couldn’t come up with an answer for. Turned the corner and a lady named Marina helped us no problem. (Thank you Marina) I’ve never had an experience like this before. Completely off putting and unwelcoming. And this store used to have the best customer service in the county. People like her working jobs like this help me understand why Amazon will never die. Horrible.

Not to busy . Found some nice gifts for Christmas. Got really busy at check out. Only one checker. Finally got a couple more people to help then it went smoothly.

I have to say this was literally the best customer service we have ever got! The entire team their is awesome but Julie the manage was so amazing I could have hugged her if it would not have come across strange lol. Not only did she help us on what we needed but she went above and beyond on everything for us! Thank you so much for everything Julie my husband I can’t tell you how much we appreciate all the help!!!

I understand we are still in Covid season, but on August 9th, my mother and daughter went into the Bed Bath and Beyond in Chico both wearing masks and wanted to look around for a few things. When they couldn’t find what they wanted, they asked an associate. She told them that it’s not something they carry. Ok, no problem my mon said. The associate then asked if she can help them find anything else. My mom said no, she was going to look around. Well, that’s when the associate told her that if she’s not there for something specific to buy then she is not welcome to just look around. That they want people only in there with a purpose to buy something.My mother felt very put off. What if she did end up buying something after looking around? But apparently we are unwelcome to look. What a shame. We are all fully vaccinated and still go in fully masked, yet if we don’t have something to buy in mind, don’t bother going in. Customer service has sure gone down hill over the years. It’s no wonder online shopping is still surging.I’m not mad about this trip my mom had, I’m saddened by how she was treated. Sad that I used to hold this store on a high threshold. Oh well…

Employees are always nice and greet me at the door. Usually I only buy things on sale, and I've gotten some good deals. Otherwise, many items just aren't worth the full price tag. Anything nice here will cost a lot. I always have a coupon for purchases.I have gotten quite a few things that don't last and need to be returned because of cheap quality. I recently bought a kid's pool and it lasted not even an hour before popping. Before that, I bought a blanket that couldn't even last through a wash. You'd think BBB would make sure everything they sell is good quality for the prices they charge.Once I tried returning something that a supervisor claimed they hadn't sold in 2 years. I had bought it just a month or so earlier. Keep your receipts!
