Great place to sit and read the entire lord of the rings trilogy. And prob get deep into the silmarillion too. Jk, I was upset I didn't even get to read a whole chapter. It's supposed to take all day to give them half a paycheck, the dmv staff are getting too fast. :/

Couldn't see anyone to book a cruise for Hawaii. Come back in a week. Well, I had to go to expieda Cruise because it would have been all booked with no excursions at ports. It would have all been booked.

Again, I went back for their DMV services after being turned away yesterday at 5:40 when their entryway podium person advised that DMV stops at 5:30 - I limp my way back in today, and the rep instantly warns that he probably won't be able to help with my paperwork that he admittedly doesn't know how to read to begin with. He takes my paper application to his podium person Molly, Their manager Molly comes up to back him in claiming that they can't help in placard applications because they "don't know where the Dr's lic number is" that is printed on the form they held in their hand. They aren't Dr's here at AAA, and yet they deny processing my application per my diagnosis from my actual Dr - the same diagnosis that a previous placard had already been accepted on.In short, this site just doesn't want to help people. They pretend to, the will post on my comment or your comment and pretend to want to resolve any complaint, but in the end this place is not DMV friendly AT ALL. After reviewing other comments I can see that many others have had similar complaints.I don't recommend this site for any DMV needs whatsoever.Unfortunately, this scenario isn't a one off but a repeat type of experience. Major thumbs down.

I switched insurance maybe 6 months ago. I've dealt with Lupe Velasquez since day 1. Statting the policy, Adding people and vehicles, questions, whatever. Everything has been above par. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Beware of this place. To make a long story short, we are long time AAA members. My wife walked to to ask for some help about our policy and was "greeted" by two men at the front. She asked her question as best as possible and the men were rude, condescending and just were not professional at all.It's very disappointing to have to deal with horrible customer service and disappointing coming from AAA which is a company that is supposed to have standards.I hope nobody else has to deal with this type of treatment in Chico.

I have been a AAA member for 25 years. I went to this branch to get an insurance quote, the agent said she would give me a call with some info and never did. Horrible customer service when someone can't even call and give an update.
