i got so many good things to say about this shop and Joseph. after driving 5 or so hrs i found out my brakes was contaminated , he got me in the next day and replaced rotor, pads and bled the system . Was awesome talking to you and for sure ill be back . dont hessitate to come to this shop , quality work and awesome prices .Rey

Very poor customer service after the sale of a new expensive bike. Typical unprofessional used car dealership feeling. Once you bought it, your problem now. Rather deal with jerks that stand behind a sale, then a fake we care kind of business.

Joseph continually goes over and above each time I visit his shop. His attention to detail, knowledge & customer service is a breath of fresh air. Brought my sons bike in a day e fire a race & he dropped what he was doing & got the bike dialed. Son got 2nd place & him being on his bike was a big part of it. Thanks Joseph!

Great local bike shop. Ran into trouble a couple times now with my bike and had the repair done quickly and at a fair price. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and it’s obvious he loves his job.

Very good! Joseph is an awsome bicycle mechanic and it didn't cost near as much as I thought it was going to, to fix my son's bike. He even gave my a number for a family friend who works on dirtbikes as well. I highly recommend Ridgeline!

Joseph the owner is really good with bikes he knows almost everything about it. His shop is small compared to others so availability may vary but he has connection/resources to get what you need. Service turnaround depends how busy the shop is but one thing is for sure he will make your bike ride like its brand new.

He took the time to answer all our questions in complete details. Also, he was honest with the problem that I had with the bike, I would have never known, so many bad people in the world and he has been hand picked to be a blessing in the lives of those in need.
