This place is great! I was so afraid when their old location was closed they were gone but rest assured they moved to a new bigger location. Friendly staff great selections, only thing I would change is their back stock needs organizing.

Ridiculously solid shop for anything TCG or comic book, even toy related items. 10/10 easily. Customer service and pricing is absolutely top notch.

You know those crappy comic book shops where either some n*** with the social aptitude of a walnut is behind the counter or some kid who could care less about life and neither of them even acknowledge you when you walk in? We Can Be Heroes is the exact opposite. Julio and his team created a super fun atmosphere where passion, exploration, collecting and the thrill of the hunt all come together for an awesome comic experience. These guys have all the new issues, mountains of back issues, a ton of $1 comics, slabs, toys, collectibles, Funko pops and more. Plus they have an attached location called Ground Control if Pokemon cards and gaming are your jam. Not to mention these guys have the best live claim sale on Instagram. The best in the west! Been coming here for almost a year, mainly for the card shop next door "ground control gaming", though I will say the folks in the comic shop are always extremely friendly and kind I'm just not the most familiar with their product! If you like Pokémon ground control is the place to go in the valley, amazing prices, great selection, and the best staff of any establishment I frequent in LA, card related or not!Much love to Danny and the rest of the card shop peeps, you guys make my day everytime I come in!

I would say everyone here seems pretty nice and very helpful whenever you ask and they have a pretty decent back catalog. If you're looking for older books, sometimes it may be harder to get a book that comes out this week but I would say in general they are a good comic book shop in this area

We Can Be Heroes Comics is the place, website, social media (IG: @wecanbeheroescomics) and store to be (Mainly located in the Chatsworth Area that is easily accessible for Ventura County Collectors, San Fernando Valley Collectors and even Part of Greater LA Collectors)! The state-of-the-art New Store that can hold live signing events and ease to navigate around with such huge indoor and outdoor parking space and well-organized showroom! I am very thankful that I lived in the greater Los Angeles area and always ahead to check out and dig to treasures to their in-store selections (especially the $1 dollar bin aisle), a unique systematic arrangement of comic books categorized by Comic Book Company, Comic Book Titles and even Indies. Five Star Rating is not enough to rate for such an amazing place for Comic Book Fans. Highly Highly Recommended!
