beware of bmo!! this bank says they offer 5% on "streaming services, cable & satellite providers. what they don't tell you is you have to spend $2,500 in a calendar quarter (90 days) to be eligible. what!!!!!!!!!! also, when and if you go to redeem your cash back rewards they're only redeemable in specific incriments. ($25, $50, etc..) i don't even know how you could figure that formula out!!! basically, there gonna keep some of your money! i have around $4 in rewards points and i can't apply or redeem them!! go somewher else like discover where there are no stipulations for rewards points!!

If I could give BANK OF THE WEST a -5 rating I would in the first week of October my wife and I were in Santa Barbara for the weekend we parking in this public parking to pay for our parking fee of $7 we had to scan the qr code that was at the entrance so I did about an hour later I took my wife to a really nice seafood place gave the guy my C/CARD he comes back and says your card was declined I said that's impossible it has a $10,000 limit so I used another card I called BANK OF THE WEST and the girl says oh yes we stopped your card because we didn't know if your card was being used by someone else I said are you F-ING kidding me you have my phone number why didn't you call me instead of embarrassing me at a really nice restaurant I said can you RE- ACTIVATE the card oh no we have to issue you a new card I said you guys are pathetic I asked the young ladyToday is October 12th when will I get my new card she says I will put a rush on it and you will have your NEW CARD within 7-10 business days I said I don't really have a choice ok will one month later on November 12thI called BANK OF THE WEST back letting them know that I still don't have my C/CARD the guy on the other end says WOW that's unbelievable I said no s*** let me order you another one I said ok now when should I expect it he says I will buy a rush on it for you Mr Maxwell I said that's what the last bonehead said and I have yet to receive it maybe we should just send it regular mailHe said no it will get there I'm 7-10 days I said I won't hold my breath now that was on November 12th here it is December 2nd and still no card so I called them this morning and the recording said we are very busy your wait time will be 5-15 minutes ok so I waited 28 minutes then I hung up I'm just going to accept the fact that BANK OF THE WEST has no idea on how to take care of there customers when it comes to ordering a new card can you imagine what they will do withyour money I'm NOT taking that chance. So BANK OF THE WESTPAY ATTENTION I guarantee you that you are losing customers I'm so Happy that I hadn't transferred the 100k from my other Bank into this Mess

Bank of the west has the worst customer service, they gave away my money to a thief I had already warned customer service I called in when my wallet was stolen and the lady is confused with my driver license issue date, so she blames me? Never did I get reimbursed for my $4500 plus fees I have suffered due to loosing my money my credit score was at 700 now it's at 400 because I haven't paid my credit cards because I am broke, they really have ruined my life. Karma will get you women that work at this branch. All of you are heartless and don't deserve that job. They really need to fire them all. Worthless and thieves! Just hearing the name gives me a bad feeling, I really dislike all of you you ruined my life What little I had I earned with hard work and how dare u take that from me

If I could give negative I would! Back in December 2021 I was robbed $4800 someone walked in branch with my stolen driver license and these d*** tellers gave my money away!! Then they want to act like they are detectives abs treat me like I'm a thief?!! My money still hasn't been returned to me after many paperwork notary fees I have paid out of pocket!! Ridiculous don't u guys have cameras??? Just look at cameras already and h will see it's not me for god sake!!!! Please return my money already this is not fair!! This bank has been ripping me off for over a year, a total of $480. It started with a great promotion that I made the mistake of signing up for. Without my knowledge, The branch manager set up my accounts online for me, and opted out of my receiving any statements. He set up a checking and savings account that was required for the promotion. I left the account alone, never made any transactions, and just logged in today after a year and found that I was being charged $25/month for my savings account and $15/month for the checking account. I was never advised of these fees. I spoke to an online manager today and he wouldn't even allow me close the accounts until they charged me for an additional month because he says their cycle ends in one day and the account takes 5-7 business days to close and the system won't allow them to close it. That made no sense to me, so I drove down to my local branch and was able to close the accounts instantly. So the online manager, Evan, was not only rude and patronizing, he lied to me in order to collect an additional $40! Absolute worst bank ever!

I just opened a new account and everybody at this branch was very friendly and helpful.carolyn the person doing the start up is fantastic nice and so very helpful,also met Shawn,and dawn very nice and offered help for any needs.a huge thank you all I felt you really wanted me to enjoy my visit,awesome job all.!!!!
