Arian came on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem, he recommended the part be replaced, a worker Paulino came with the part on Friday. Problem solved. The only glitch was a promised email did not come.

I wish I had found you earlier. My furnace & air were installed by a company who came recommended. "I wish I never used them" The previous company & another were giving me a run around not answering calls. Anyway I found Aeris through Google search. Man the moment I called I spoke with Natalie. An angel sent from heaven. She listened to the situation I had. My mother is residing with me elderly. I was in desperate need of heath for night. She went above & beyond to send Paulino to diagnose the problem same day. Since I had to be on the field next day. He immediately saw the previous company had intentionally shut off the gas so we get desperate and call them back. We spoke with Marvin on face time. He explained what I needed & what they were going to do by the book. This guys a A+ PROS. They made me feel at relaxed. They did not even try to intimidate like everyone else does. They take care of you like your family. Believe me when I say you got a client for life. I'm getting goose bumps remembering how well I felt. Because that's the way I work with my client's. Aeris company employees were extremely accurate and very accommodating. They were on time to remove and install my package unit and it works really well. Everything went as planned and on schedule. Aeris did an amazing job. Beat everybody else's quote, incredibly helpful and responsive staff (especially Arian! but really everybody). Great job installing. Good followup for HERS test and inspection scheduling. Very happy. Will use them again next year.

We had our A/C condenser and coil and ductwork replaced. The crew was on time, but at first there were some issues due to being shorthanded, so the job took a little longer than planned. The crew was careful in our house, and cleaned up after themselves. Usually, about the time I texted or called Arian about something, he was either just about to call me or called right away.I don't usually have a problem with language, but there were times when I wasn't sure if the workers understood my questions, though they found someone who spoke better English or used a translate app when necessary.I was notified by phone and text when the worker(s) would arrive, with an ETA, which was very helpful.Everything was taken care of in a timely manner (a couple of changes required by the inspector) and our system is very powerful and anxiously awaiting hot weather.

We chose Aeris to replace our heating and air conditioning and thermostat. Their quote was the best one we got: great price, great product, the very best warranty of any of the six quotes we got and no attempt to upsell. The rep I met with arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, totally understood that I was getting multiple quotes and did not hassle me at all about it.
The installation went smoothly, was professional, fast and efficient. The system did have a glitch 8 months after installation but Aeris showed up promptly and fixed it with no fuss whatsoever.
In addition, we’ve now had the system serviced (regular schedule maintenance, no problems at all) multiple times and the technicians are on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and politely answer all my questions.
Every employee I have interacted with was polite and professional.
I 100% recommend Aeris Heating and Air. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Even though it was a weekend, they sent a technician checking all details and found the problem. He fixed it to the best of our interest. The charge was very reasonable. We don’t hesitate to call Aeris Co. for our future needs. We recommend Aeris Co. to our friends and others for their AC needs.

so far everything's good .they come on time and finished all job but my Ac system was saying that clean filter , But I replace new filter even thought still not clear .

I am so happy with their great customer service and the installer’s at AERIS Heating & Air.
Jason was so thorough in giving me a detailed quote because during this heat wave I had to get quick service. They had the top quality American Standard equipped I needed in stock.
Their installation team did a great job.
This is my second AC Package Unit I bought in the last 2 years.
AERIS will also do my bi-annual maintenance! What a plus to have all this service for my AC system’s!!

Aeris was the first company who gave me a quote, respecting my need for an economical option for my rental house. My renters were stuck in 90+ degree heat and Aeris was prompt, friendly, super informative and clear about lead time. I needed a new furnace and a/c condenser so it was a financial hit I hadn’t planned. I felt the need to compare quotes with my home warranty company option since it advertised extreme savings over going outside. I got quotes from 4 other companies, some apples to apples and some that selected much more pricey & larger systems than my house required. Those quotes took me a week to get only to head right back to Aeris. The best pricing with the most detailed explanation of what I needed, why I needed it - that I DID have options that were higher end but that they could still guarantee a quality install on the most economical system - and how quickly they could install — which was FAST. This was my third bid and it turned out to be worth it!!! I received the best value for the amount of money and received credit with zero interest for 18 months …it was a no brainer.. to top it off it was installed within days it’s purrring and working perfectly and it did exactly what we needed to do. The company is excellent they’re friendly, honorable and Efficient…I would highly recommend them
