“Always a pleasant experience. Well labeled, employees helpful but not suffocating, and seem to genuinely enjoy working at the location. MyChal (forgive me if I’m misspelling) has helped me on multiple occasions and is always helpful and direct in his assistance. Even forgot my keys one time and the staff had it waiting in their answering center!”

It’s smaller than some other Kohl’s stores but I am usually always able to find what I need here at a good price.”

She had no problem looking up my account and told me I had points to utilize. Most cashiers never tell me about my points or anything.. I would return to this location anytime. “They make online purchasing/picking up in store, and in store returns a breeze.... Recently purchased 8 suits online, had them shipped to my home, so my boyfriend could try them on in the convenience of our own home, and then returned 7/8 of them back to the store, no questions asked... Shipping also arrived earlier than anticipated....
Also, all of the checkout employees have always been so patient and kind. Always eager to help with your checkout purchases or returns promptly....”
“We were looking for a Charmander hat and did not see any on the shelf with the other Pokemon hats. Stephen checked in the back and found the last Charmander hat they had left. We didn't even ask him to look for it, he just took the initiative to check after he heard we were looking for it. Thanks for the great customer service!!”

“Went to Macy's on May 9th at 10:30 am to look for shoes for my wife. I went to finish line and one young lady was upstairs and one was downstairs. I forgot their names but they extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. They both helped me and answered my questions. I'm big on customer service and courtesy. The two young ladies over achieved in that department. Thanks”

“BR has elevated from their yesteryears to a luxury brand and it shows in their collections quality, their stores, staff and management. This move may not have sat well with a lot of their former customers who built their wardrobe from their famous sales and markdowns and their more flexible return policy. They cater to a more refined and luxury shopper that is fine with shopping outside of the sale rack. This in turn has the staff do well with their high end clients and not so with the bargain hunters and habitual returners that expects to take back a worn garment or past the date of the return policy. The retail return policy has changed everywhere in the last few years due to abuse of the privilege by some. Stores don't HAVE to take anything back but they do as a courtesy but within a reasonable limit. This particular store has a fantastic management and staff that are well experienced in unparalleled client services for a new type of client and they don't compromise their high quality image when faced with the outlet store customer shipping for affordable work clothes. BR is not the most affordable for many. If you can't afford it, if you return everything you buy then go to Old Navy, H&M Nordstrom Rack, or similar. This is my favorite BR store location because it's being run by an equally luxurious management like Jason D and staff.”

“We love Uniqlo. The clothing from this brand is always great warm light and breathable. Most of the sports clothes is unisex so the variety is big. In this location they can have cleaner fitting rooms but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Despite the review on here from a year ago these reviews seem outdated. When I walked in two weeks ago the service was exceptional. A staff member attended me immediately, helped to find my size in a jacket in their new collection, to get a fitting room, and even to look at some watches and take them out even though they did not have the color selection I wanted for a specific style of watch. Their new red shirts are really cool and the denim jackets with a detachable button hoodie. Simple details matter. They were friendly, the place was super clean and organized, and their clothes are stylish. They even informed me of their store specials. I will be buying from Armani Exchange in the future and this brand because of how good they represented the store.”
