unfortunately this branch is getting worse and worse. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Got 3 reminders the day before and 2 on the Day of appointment. I also got an email. when I get to the branch nobody asks me why I was there. After sitting for 10-15 minutes finally one of the tellers come and tells me the person I had an appointment with was on leave. since I was on her schedule and the branch knew it, nobody bothered to call me and cancel my appointment. I had already blocked my schedule 3 weeks ago and ask my receptionist to reschedule my clients in advance. Well Fargo couldn't call to inform me? I told them I'm not leaving till I finish the business I had there that day. They need more employees to help out customers. Leticia Finally helped me. Been their customer for 20 years and this is what I get after all these years.

This location has poor personal banker customer service. The personal bankers at this branch are focused on scrolling through their phones rather than assisting customers who are waiting, & instead usher you to make an appointment for another day so that they do not have to get off of TikTok and service customers. This branch is also racist and discriminates on how they will greet and handle customers that are not of Caucasian descent.

This has to be the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Not only do they lie to your face the customer service of management is horrendous. Don’t bother to complain to customer service, they will listen to your sad story apologize make promises that never happen. This branch has cost me loss of money and hours of stress and aggravation because they are incompetent. I am done with Wells Fargo. I don’t know what happened to them but they are so terrible. I will never bank there again . I was a business customer

Wells fargo is going down hill. They closed the one in lakewood and now the only wells fargo bank has ONE teller working the front desk and a long line. The irony is how many employees are not assisting customers and ignoring the line.Good job wells fargo on your hiring ability.

Fees/penalty-hungry bank, hard to reach a customer service agent, poor automated phone services, .... I'm better off having no bank with such poor service!

8 employees and only two working with costumers, one on the window and one at the desk, the rest of them either counting money or typing something on the computer, they're trying to do everything online and pushing you to do it at the ATM since I'm a sever I can't deposit too many cash at the atm cuz it will take me forever you need appointment for Avery thing and at the window there's not much you can do.

Terrible place. Understaffed and it's been mentioned to them multiple times and the skinny dude just smiles and says "it's busy this time of the month" when I go multiple times through the month. The lady that sits behind the tellers sees the huge line and upset customers yet she sits downs and decides not to help her workers? What a waste of labor and money with that employee. Please do something about this or else our company will use a different bank service.

There is always a big long line for Telly but only 2 counters are open. This is not just some time. It’s always like that. Tellys are so so slow. It at least takes an hour for your turn. No customer service. Always disappointing.

This 1 star is for the Corporation... not the employees here. They are nothing but kind and professional.Clearly they are understaffed here. 10 people in line every time I come. The average time in line to a teller is 20-30minutes. My guess is people won't work here because they pay less than welfare. Wells Fargo paid CEO Charlie Scharf $24.5 million for 2021.. maybe you could take away 5 million, pay your true employees better and hire more workers. I've been a customer since 1986 and stay only because of the difficulties in changing auto payments. Wells Fargo needs to get its act together!

WORSE SERVICE IN HISTORY. They are extremely rudeDon't acknowledge the customer even though I was waiting for 20 min in lobby. The free banker was also rude and disregarded my wait time Unbelievable Especially since I have been a customer for over 20 years AND i previously worked at this branch. Things have changed for the worse

Customer service is horrible. They Never have enough help. Lines are always super long. They should hired more tellers to help all the people. At least the manager should jump in to help.

Worst service! Visit there 4:25pm, and i was refused to open a new account. Why? A guy there for new account said that it would take more than an hour to open a new account (ridiculous!) and that's why he even asked me to have a seat. There's still 35 minutes to close the bank but seems he's mind is already out of work. Not happy at all. Far from being Well Bank. It's a shame.

Only having 1 banker working during lunch hour is bad management. I thought after a 30 min wait they were adding a 2nd teller. NOPE, new teller came on and the other one left.BTW WellsFargo ended q2 with 17 billion in profits

Definitely slower than other wellsfargo, but their service is on point. Can't be employees for being understaffed. They are all friendly
