Hell no. DJ offered me a free tablet when I was transferring from T-mobile to Verizon, and who doesn't want a free tablet? I confirmed multiple times it was free during the sale, stressed to DJ that I'm on a budget, and he said I'd pay taxes and the first month payment only; the rest would be credited to my account. Then I look at my new Verizon bill online and find out my "free" tablet is attached to a 24-month service contract. And I now feel like a fool. I've been trying to resolve this for two weeks and the last time I spoke with DJ, he told me he was trying to let me keep the tablet for free. Now he's not answering my calls or texts. Is he hoping I'll let it go, end up stuck with the tablet, and keep the 24-month service contract? Oh, and they charge you $20 to transfer data from one phone to another. It feels like a never-ending customer service mess and now I have to go to the mall a week before Christmas to return something I didn't want or need in the first place. Candice fail. Run far far away from this location DJ especially, and don't bother with a third party. I probably won't ever again.

Im a Verizon customer and I came in to purchase a new iPhone for my Moms Christmas gift. DJ the manager of Verizon helped me with assisting my Mom in getting her set up with her new iPhone. DJ and his staff was very courteous, polite and helpful in assisting with my Moms new iPhone. She was very happy and please with her new iPhone and the service. DJ took the time to explain to my Mom on how to work and used her new iPhone. Mom was happy and that makes me very happy ! Thank you again DJ for taking care of my Moms new iPhone Christmas gift !...

DJ was very helpful to me and my mom. He gave us all of our options and answered any questions we had. He even stayed and helped us when we were on the phone with Verizon. Thank you DJ for being so thorough and the best Verizon employee I ever worked with! :)

I was changing accounts and needed a new sim card for my phone. I went to Verizon Long beach town center, Hawaiian Gardens and both said they couldn't help me and sent me to another store. (They didn't want to go through the trouble) I went to Cerritos and DJ (Store Manager) was very willing to help. He went out of his way to make sure the account was correct. Before I came here, I was thinking Verizon might not be right for me. I was frustrated and getting angry for having to drive to different stores just to be told to go somewhere else. Thank you DJ for your help and restoring my belief that there are people who are kind and good at their jobs.

We went to this location, because we were feeling irritated by our experience with another Verizon location in Cerritos. Angelo helped us, he resolved our issue and he did it with a smile and professionalism. He was alone and asked us if we were willing to wait. We agreed. He took his time listened and took action. We realise that retail businesses are very under staff, and almost every where we go there is a wait time. Angelo, was brilliant he acknowledged us and gave us a choice. We appreciate his kindness and hope he knows how much he is valued.

After having an awful experience at the Verizon store off Bloomfield (check out my yelp review on them) my wife and I meet Angelo in the cerritos mall the same day we left the other one. We told Angelo the problem we were having with my phone and after servicing two customer ahead of us went ahead and took care of the issue within 15 minutes. This was a solvable issue that the initial store could have done but because of very poor customer service decided not to do. Angelo was my hero for the day. Yelp only gives 5 stars but I'm giving to Angelo. For Verizon service I'm referring friends to him.

Went on a Sunday to upgrade my wife's phone and add a additional line for my daughter. Communication could have better when explaining the final cost of the phone, promotion, and plan. We did not want the $17 insurance but was still billed for it (had to call Verizon to remove). Angelo was our representative and he did not articulate what the amount of the bill was going to be. Definitely needs more customer service training and know what you are selling. Used a lot of "if" and "might" in answering our questions. He also added 2 screen protectors which we did not want, thought it came with the new iPhones but was charged. Shame on management with this sales practice! At the end, I had to call Verizon regarding our billing and they apologized and said if we ever wanted to upgrade our phone ALWAYS do it over the phone with Verizon. They said majority of Verizon retailers have no clue what they are doing because they get a lot of complaint calls regarding their business practice.

Worst experience ever with this location. Seriously, the staff needs to be better trained. I wanted to get new services and had some questions for David and another guy Angelo and absolutely no help. I just went to AT&T

I needed help with several issues. One was a problem with my new iphone. The other had to do with my Verizon plan. Angelo was sooooo helpful. He worked on my problems and he was able to multitask helping other customers. No one was neglected he is just able to do that. I have NEVER had a Verizon person that was so helpful. I recommend going here to make purchases and to solve other issues. He was super helpful.

HORRIBLE customer service. The guy working asked us what we wanted and asked us to wait while he was helping out another customer but that he would be right back. We waited over 10 mins while he was still going on about his day with the other customer. Didn't even look our way once. Will never come back here again. We asked about a payment plan for the new iPhone and he pretty much just said, "I don't hVe any inventory so I can't help you." I wasn't even asking to buy a phone? I just wanted to know what the monthly price would be if I were to upgrade. Awful person.

DJ (David) was extremely nice and helpful. He helped my mom and I upgrade our phones and made the whole process very seamless. We’re so happy with our phones! If you are looking to buy/upgrade, I highly recommend going to this location and asking for DJ!

The Store Manager, D.J., knows what it takes to make a customer happy. I originally came to the store just to restore my Verizon service and walked out with a new phone after he figured out what offers were available for the phone I liked. He also helped me figure what other offers were available for the rest of my family. In addiition, he took the time to help me transfer data to my new phone, a service most cell phone companies don't offer any more. I will keep coming to this store in future and will recommend it wothout reservations!

This Verizon store is a Kiosk but has to be one of the friendliest and professional service Verizon locations ,not only did they take the time to solve my billing issues they also explained and helped me understand why my bill was so high. Ask for Angelo he was awesome I highly recommend this location !

Can I just say Luis has provided us with the upmost professional, fun yet comfortable customer service ever! I have to admit it was the #1 service I've received in a long time when it comes to switching phone service. I got to admit we had bumps on the road but he made every single one of them at ease. I highly recommend him for any service need. Thank you Luis for our exceptional service.

Came in to transfer 3 lines from garbage T-Mobil to Verizon and it came with a lot of complications due to a phone that was locked by T-Mobil. The rep Luis killed it tho. He took his time and even tho it was difficult he got everything done and kept to his word. I'd highly recommend this spot just for the customer service.
