Customer service at the Verizon is awful. I don't know if not everything was done prior to Our trades but many things had to be done after it also! It wasn't a smooth transaction and the wait and hold times took too long for something that was not needed to be done but had to be again after spending 4 hours there already! We took so long already doing the trade in at the store then having to spend more time after the trade in at home fixing stuff that we thought should have been done and was told was done during the 4 hours there! When I called the guy even said "oh damn!" That means he saw in his system It was not done! People waste ur time like they paying u for it!!!

Just arrived at Verizon an hour before closing the doors were locked and they refuse to let anybody in. They refuse to help me because I didn't have an appointment but I showed up an hour before closing.

I had a great experience at this store, ask for Veronica she was very patient with me and got me what I needed in a short time. I'll be back again for my account services and Verizon products soon.

The people working here couldn't care less about customer service specially the name Abigail .. She is so rude she doesn’t know how to speak to a customer. She repeats the same sentence over and over like a robot. She doesn't want to listen to your concerns, it is useless to speak to her. She doesn't want anyone to go in the store and this is a corporate store. I was expecting a different treatment from Verizon, I will be taking my business elsewhere, very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would for this store.

Store was busy but not full. No acknowledgment and it was difficult to tell employee from customers.Looked around and waited at register for a few.Other customers were coming in and not social distancing.Store looked clean and parking was available.Could not without knowing how much longer so I left.

STAY AWAY! My husband and I share a Verizon account. But because I'm not the PRIMARY account manager for IN-STORE purchases (just the primary online) I cannot purchase our phones for us in the physical store. They make it as difficult as possible for you to really do anything. I asked to literally buy one out of pocket, but "you're not an account manager IN-STORE, so no." Staffed by apathetic sloths; I hope this location goes out of business.

I understand versions new system but it's still d**** Why am I ordering products IN STORE, WHILE I AM AT THE STORE, AND HAVE TO WAIT TO PICK IT UP, WHILE THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE HAVE IT IN THE BACK? How does that make any sense? I understand the process but my issue with the store is I AM HERE, YOU HAVE IT, WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION TO PICK IT UP??? Two hours of waiting after ordering it with the representative in front of me saying they have it. Doesn't make any sense. The one star is for the stores SLOW AF processing time by this location. How are you going to tell me you have it, HAVE ME PAY, and then make me wait HOURS???? AND someone picked up their order while I was waiting. I asked how long they waited after placing the order, they said they ordered 5-6 hours ago! Like this is a Verizon store, not a grocery store. People order a few items. Why does it take that long "Process" my in store order? "We only have two people in the back" That's one more than I'd expect! I was supposed to purchase my accessories too but after this BS FORGET IT!

I went to the Corporate store in Cerritos to cancel a line from my account. The Customer Service Representative was very helpful and solved the issue in 5 minutes. They were great.

Waited over 30 minutes in curbside pickup for my order. Every employee that came out made eye contact and then walk back into the store or tried to find something interesting. Even checked in on the app and no one came out. Tried waving someone down and they just looked away.Considering cancelling my order and getting it at another store due the unprofessionalism displayed at this one today.
