Now I remember why I don't bank at US Bank. I just walked into cash a check and they charged me $7 because I don't have an account with them. Who cares if I have an account or not. Now I know why I don't have an account with them. It was just convenient because I just received a check from someone and I walked in and I don't even get the full amount of the check which really sucks. So bad review u.s Bank.

I have a CD account here. I came to cash a check. The CD interest I receive each month is worth five times the value of my check. I waited patiently on line for my turn. When I got to the teller, she said that since I don't have a checking account there, she wouldn't cash my check. She told me to go to another bank. Thanks for nothing.

This branch is the worst.. I waited for more than 10 min to open CD account, however no one in this branch even look at me or greet.. there's no customer service at all... I went over to a rep sitting on her desk doing nothing and ask for help.. instead of help of provide customer service, she said that this branch is appt only and she cannot help even though she just sitting doing nothing... I guess US Banks pay their employees in this branch to sit around and doing nothing...I wish I can give negative review for this US Bank Cerritos branch.

Been a customer since 1996 when they merged with Downey savings. Had a perfect pay history for over 10 years on a mortgage. Switched bank accounts and forgot to switch auto payment. Asked them to waive the late fee and got denied. Sad to see them treat such a loyal customer this way. I miss that personal touch banks used to have. Will let my friends and family know about my experience.

4 tellers windows were open with 1 helping a customer. 2 tellers having a conversation ignoring me. i walked out. I was a Union Bank customer. I guess i have to find another bank .

Honestly it’s ridiculous how bad US bank is. Having 4 employees behind the tellers desk.I on his phone the entire time, 2 sitting doing nothing. While there’s 4 people in line. Only 1 person helping. Honestly this is at all locations but this particularly seems to always have several employees doing nothing. And relying one one single person to do ALL the work.

This location is full of crap! I usually go to this location for my deposits because it's closest to me. Whenever I want to withdraw cash there's a problem and they try to tell me they can only give me up $2k cash of my money from accounts with more than enough to cover what I'm asking for without leaving the account with a low balance. This has happened to me twice and each time I left and went to another location and they gave me No problems about withdrawing my money. Then the manager Francisco talks in a condescending tone as if it's a crime to request your own money in cash, his words "we need to be able to track it". And these are accounts that have been in good standing for years! No bad checks, no overdrafts maybe it just me or just that beach but I won't be dealing with them ever again. The Bloomfield location is much better in their customer service

Went to apply for a HELOC at this branch and started out ok. I completed the application and looks like things went through. I originally applied for a certain amount and they countered with a little less. I was ok with that. So I told them to finalize the transaction and they told me the money will be available the following week. On the other end I went to finalize my plans for a business and made verbal commitments thinking the HELOC was going to go through. After some time passed and I didn't hear anything from them I finally got a hold of someone and they told me my loan didn't go through because I had a collection on my credit. Well there's a problem with this because they ran my credit prior to countering and saying they're going to process my loan. Not really sure how they botched this but this was embarrassing since I made a commitment to other parties after having the impression my loan was going to go through. One thing is for sure I'll NEVER bank with US Bank again and besides the banking model is changing and a bank like this will go out one way or another. especially with their out of date old school practices. Next day I was able to get a HELOC from a smaller bank actually with 90% and a better rate! Shows right there if you shop around you'll find something better.

This place deserves a higher rating, I called two other branches but nobody answered my calls. Josh at this branch answered all of questions over the phone, he was super friendly and helpful.

Professional staffs. They know what they are talking about and were able to resolve the problems I had that the online customer service and US bank branch at Bellflower couldn't resolve. Thank you!
