Update after a few months: My review of this location remains 1 star. I called T-mobile main customer service several times to get the issue resolved. The good folks at the T-mobile call center in Denver, CO were great. They resolved the issue in a timely fashion. T-mobile as a carrier is excellent so far and there are no complaints from me so far. However, the employees of this particular location did not help in any way. I never received a return call to this day. Though I will recommend T-mobile to friends and family, I will not recommend that they patronize this particular T-mobile location.

There is a bright and energetic young representative named Jacob at this store. He made my daughter's 19 birthday with his outstanding customer service skills, patience, wit and humor. He programmed my daughter's new iPhone 12 and got her on her scheduled Zoom call while in the store. I have been coming to this store for years but have never seen someone multi-task with several customers on the phone and in-person taking care of everyone's needs. If he is not the manager he should be. Awesome work Jacob!

I am typically not a person to come into store to handle my phone bill, but I recently had network issues with the T-Mobile website, I noticed that this store was near my work so I went down to speak to a rep/Sales person. I only had about 30 minutes because I was on my lunch, Christopher here at this T-Mobile store was able to help me with the questions that I had on my bill and why it was so high. Thank you again, if I ever have to return, I will come back to this store.

Chris estrada is by far the best thing to happen to the cell service world. His explanation of every detail was appreciated as well as the speed in which he got me in and out of there. Above all, he treated my family and i with the upmost respect. I will definitely be returning next time i need assistance.

We went in and signed up for new service switching from metro and also because of their pre order deal on S20 Ultra - to make a long story short, lots of problems with this store lots and lots and lots - they closed down due to the Corona virus so I had no where to go to get proof that I needed of this pre-order. I get the door looking out for the their team and their customers but to completely shut down after a promotional deal like that - just not cool and I will never go there again! Still working on getting my promotional deal and don't even know if it's going to happen or not and it's been over a month and is nearing the expiration date of the deal. Very few people there that even know what they're doing

The good is that the people here are generally helpful and they’ve got as good as a selection as anywhere else. The bad is that the space is cramped and being a franchisee instead of corporate hurts them a bit. I’d consider them a spot to go to if you’re planning to get a new phone, but not a spot to go to if you have an emergency.

I had a appointment at a different location. Left there super disappointed. Went home the 800 number made me upset. After dealing with all of this for 3 hours. One phone call to this location, saved my whole day .. I went right over Jacob crystal and Clarissa and the manager Eric. WERE AMAZING !!! went over and beyond for me. I now have a new sprint store. For all my needs!!

Crystal was really helpful with the switch from Verizon to Sprint. I didn’t know anything about switching carriers and she helped us out really well. Been with Verizon for as long I can remember, but the bill was getting out of hand and was costing us 300-350 for 3 lines. We got 4 lines with a tablet and pay less than that now. Took a little while but the conversations were really entertaining. Shoutout to the manager (Amber) as well. Just need to wait to see if there are charges that are coming this way.
