Sales are good only thing that bothers is they don't honor display model discounts, iam big on one shoe being either slightly PHADED or smudged from somebody's Cheeto fingers over the bottom of the Sneaker , all there Vans are stupid cheap at times as well .

Poor customer service. My son wanted a pair of shoes that they didn’t have. I asked them if they could check another store. He found them at another location. Asked them if they could call the other location to hold them for us while en route to location. Employee said they could not do that and he didn’t want to tell me where the other location was. Between each question he kept running to another employee as if he was asking him the same questions I was asking.During checkout for other items I asked the cashier why they couldn’t disclose other location etc. She appeared to be in disbelieve. She still continued on yo ring me up and never questioned me about my concerns. Gave me my receipt and said have a good day.

Terrible service at this store. Sales persons seem bothered when you ask them for size while scrolling on their phones. Miguel was also rude and very unprofessional. There was one cashier and 10 people waiting to pay for shoes while 3 associates were chatting "not work-related" including the manager. The store has a good selection of shoes but the worst customer service.

Normally I don't write reviews but I feel this needs to be brought up. First off, I'll never be returning to this store because of the terrible service from the manager. And what really bothered me the most was hearing how badly the employees are treated here. No one should be getting yelled at in their workplace or treated unfairly in any way. I recommend no one ever shop here again until that manager is fired because it seems obvious he feels he can do whatever he wants. I hope the employees find somewhere better to be or a new manager soon

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The manager Anthony was just rude and very unhelpful. To top it off I heard how badly the employees are treated here. It disgusts me to hear what goes on here and I will never support a store that runs the way this one does. I hope they fire the manager for how he behaves and I recommend everyone avoid this store

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The manager here is not only rude to customers but it seems the employees are treated badly as well. I also noticed as I went into the fitting room, how horrible the back room is. The floor is broken and unsafe. I hope someone contacts California OSHA

we walked in early on a saturday to avoid the crowds. (they open at 10:00am which is huge!) it really doesn't matter who helps u herrr because in our experience, the entire staff is hand picked & well trained. anthony greeted us & has always gone out of his way to be accommodating even when they are slammed. we have seen him smoothly handle several customers at once w/o a hitch. very experienced, professional customer service always! that is a rarity nowadays. as for the young lady who grabbed our shoes from the back, always on point. velia is sincere, knowledgeable, mad friendly plus always rocks a smile & dope kickz herself!! she rang us up & we bounced w a couple a panda dunk lows & yeezy 350 v2 slate. thx. the end

I went in one day recently and while I was shopping I could hear the manager screaming at an employee "why are you walking" I can't support a store that treats their employees that badly.

The manager here who is ANTHONY has the worst customer service EVER! He is very arrogant and does not know how to handle customers frustration. I would recommend you to visit Lakewood instead. In regards to their return policy, they have 14 days to return??? But there is a law in California that says any retail store has to be 30 days. CIVIL CODE - CIV DIVISION 3. OBLIGATIONS [1427 - 3273.16] ( Heading of Division 3 amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 160, Sec. 14. ) PART 3. OBLIGATIONS IMPOSED BY LAW [1708 - 1725] ( Part 3 enacted 1872. ) 1723. (a) Every retail seller which sells goods to the public in this state that has a policy as to any of those goods of not giving full cash or credit refunds, or of not allowing equal exchanges, or any combination thereof, for at least seven days following purchase of the goods if they are returned and proof of their purchase is presented, shall conspicuously display that policy either on signs posted at each cash register and sales counter, at each public entrance, on tags attached to each item sold under that policy, or on the retail seller's order forms, if any. This display shall state the store's policy, including, but not limited to, whether cash refund, store credit, or exchanges will be given for the full amount of the purchase price; the applicable time period; the types of merchandise which are covered by the policy; and any other conditions which govern the refund, credit, or exchange of merchandise. Terrible experience, I was ready to purchase apparel and shoes for me and my friend. Didn’t greet me at the door or in store or asked if I needed assistance. Every single item I asked if they had they said “we don’t have in that size” I asked about about my size about 5 times for different items. Atleast ACT like you’ll go to the back and check. Terrible customer service.

So I been calling since 12pm to see if they have a size and style of shoe I was looking for no answer. So I decided to drive out there I was in the store phone ringing nobody seems to attempt to pick of there phone. So I ask to speak to the manager he just said I apologize and that was it. He said because we are doing other projects really what kind of customer service!! Too many employees for no one to pick up phone.

Came here over a week ago and it was my first time, the staff was so kind! I got greeted multiple times and was given the promotion multiple times as well, everyone was so welcoming! I didn't get anyones name but every person working that day was full of energy and ready to help out anyone who walked through the doors. It was a great experience from walking in to leaving the store!
