I am switching from CORAM SPECIALTY Pharmacy which has been an absolute disaster for the past 2 plus years.KabaFusion has already exceeded my expectations in this first infusion experience. The coordination was timely and without a single glitch. I am able to keep my current home Infusion nurse, and all my meds and equipment were received today - 1 week PRIOR to my scheduled appointment.Extremely impressed!

Working with KabaFusion as a patient has been excruciating. I cannot get the simplest of things done. More than once, I've had to postpone an infusion because the office could not find a way to get themselves together to send out meds or supplies on time. Want to order new meds for a longstanding prescription? Expect to have to talk to 3 different offices (who don't talk to one another), and relay the same information over an over again. Be ready to pay for expedited shipping because 3 weeks' notice was not enough advance notice for them to get meds sent. Want to get your meds on time for your next scheduled infusion? Ha! Good luck. Best to plan 3-4 weeks in advance, and call every 3 days. Your rep will never, ever answer the phone, and will only respond to every third email. Want an updated pump that your doctor has ordered? They will lose all record of you in the system, and you'll have to start over. Want to get a statement for services rendered? Rest assured that you must pay up front, but no one will ever send you an itemized statement. Systems in one office don't talk to systems in another office. The system has lost all record of my $10K monthly (out of pocket!) treatment more than once. Did you give KF strict instructions not to randomize your doctor's office without permission (because the doctor charges for their time)? Rest assured that they will ignore that altogether -- and you will foot the bill. I explicitly asked up front for details about how the process, legal agreements, payment arrangements, and logistics worked. Literally nothing has matched the explanation I was given. If you want to work with KF, you'd best have a lot of patience, not have a job, and be able to patiently explain yourself over and over again to people who should be able to do a simple job.

My experience with Kaba Fusion has been five star all the way the care that given to me especially my nurse Annette is amazing she is kind giving thoughtful and careful for my needs. She brightens my day and I look forward to my infusions. The pharmacy and the scheduler Lynn are always kind as well.

For future applicants. If you see an opening for a collector at Kabafusion do not consider working there. It is a terrible place to work at. Management favors their own. This place is a slave factory. If they like you they will own you. They don't care about you or your family. They only care about numbers/money.

The best infusion company I have ever had the pleasure to work with.First off when you call, you get to talk to a human being! No automated systems, especially because infused medications are time sensitive. They have helped me with making sure I get the best help with my medications and any questions I have.

I used to have Optum provide my infusion services but now they are not in my network. I was told that KabaFusion is now my in network infusion provider. They came and made a mess! I've never had anyone try to poke a needle in my arm more than once. At my first visit, they send a trainee. Why??? Maybe after a few times of me being a patient, ok but the first time? To make matters worse, they wanted to keep doing it as if this was a game! So frustrating considering I need to get my medication.
