I returned a dress 6/25 that I had purchased about a week prior. The sales person asked if I wanted to look around for an exchange rather than a straight return and when I declined, there was a bit of curtness from her. She proceeded to inspect the dress like a TSA agent and then left the counter to talk to another employee. The sales person then returned and told me she could only give me store credit. When I asked why she said because there were some type of stains on the arm pit area. I told her if that was true then I bought the dress in that condition because I had not worn the dress at all. She then said that was all she could offer me at that time. I then asked her who I needed to talk to. She rolled her eyes and then brought over the same person she had spoken to earlier who proceeded to explain that they would only give me store credit because of the condition of the dress. I again explained that I never wore the dress so whatever condition it was in was the condition in which I purchased it. They then involved a male employee who insisted there was no way they sold that dress in that condition to which I replied “you absolutely did because I never wore this dress.” I further explained the tags were all in their original place, they were never removed and again reiterated I never wore this dress. He then told me “there’s no way I can resell this dress in that condition” as though that was my problem (even if true, he wouldn’t be able to resell it regardless of whether I was given store credit or a refund so I’m not even sure how this was relevant). This went on for about 10 minutes before I was finally given my refund on my credit card (not even asking for a cash refund and I had my receipt). The implication here was clear that they thought I had worn the dress and was trying to return it after the fact. I was basically accused of being a liar and a fraud when it was clear that wasn’t the case. The satin dress (satin is notorious for having coloring inconsistencies) was in the exact same condition in which I purchased it and I was returning it because the event for which I bought it was cancelled and I never wore it. I can spend my money elsewhere in the future where, if I decide to return something, it won’t be unjustly implied that I’m lying and/or committing fraud, which a store credit wouldn’t have solved anyway if it were true. Just change your return policies to “store credit only” if you don’t want to issue refunds.

Their dressing rooms are open just ask one of the customer service reps to open up for you. Their cologne smells pretty good. I bought one of their sample sets.

There was a backpack that I wanted took a picture of it went to the outlet they didn't have it so I went there she didn't have it but she made sure that she ordered it for me I can have it to match my shoes I thought that was fantastic that was so much of customer service I will be back there try it if you love guest like me

Bright and trendy.This store was very clean, bright and shining! It gave me a lifted spirit by just walking in. The clothes were colorful and trendy, more for the younger people however. I didn't find a lot of winter and warm clothes to choose from, but a lot of party dresses and thin, sexy exercise outfit for the Spring and Summer seasons. If you really like the style, why not buying for the future?
