A nice non-hectic location with plenty of parking. The employees are welcoming and friendly for the most part. A teller whose name starts with a T, whom I've never seen before, was so slow doesn't greet you in a friendly way or say thank you she comes off very aloof. I should've followed my instincts and go to the always friendly teller next to her instead.

I have been calling them since they opened today and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the branch, every other branch in the area including Cerritos Mall, Artesia & Pioneer and Rosecrans & Pioneer all answered. I have been calling: 562-924-9470

This past Sat. I came in to open a Chase business account with an assist from Thuy Bui. My wife and I arrived a bit early but she went ahead and accommodated us. She gave us multiple options and clearly explained each one so we could choose the best plan to fit our needs. It was evident that she had superior knowledge of what Chase had to offer which made choosing very easy. I truly felt I was being informed not sold on. I highly recommend this branch and Thuy to help you with your business banking needs. She'll guide you and go through everything step by step so you don't feel overwhelmed. All our questions and concerns were discussed and I was more than satisfied with my experience.

3 weeks ago we found out our bank account had been hacked. Someone in Michigan ordered checks with our account number and put their name and information on it and wrote themselves a check for $22,000 and signed their name!! . Chase allowed it to be cashed. I feel like we're running into brick walls when dealing with them. The manager says they don't check names or signatures just the account number!' How secure do you feel now?! We have no idea how they got this information but it wasn't from us! We've banked with them for over 30 years. We found out that they had even changed our mailing address to New York. Chase never informed us! We've filed a police report, talked numerous times to the fraud department and still don't have our money back. As I said this check didn't have our name on it, only our account number.

They let keep Social Distances and also limit people visiting in the Bank, then make people to sanitize their palms. Of course the people are required wearing a mask for protection of COVID-19.

Chase was my first bank since high school. Although I chose to close my account because they didn't offer me any credit opportunities while I was younger, I came back because of their superb customer service. After building some credit for myself, I came back. I have been to other branches because they were convinient, however the other branches never went the extra mile for me; even neglecting to get the job done right.Today, I was moved to write a review because Ken went the extra mile for me. I joined the military back in December. Through all this covid-19 craziness, I am not allowed to go on leave and 70 miles away from the closest Chase branch. Being in a sticky situation, I decided to give my home branch a call. After speaking to Ken in the morning, he worked around my schedule to do the research on my behalf and give me all necessary information for everything I needed to do. I want to thank you again for remembering my problems and pointing me the right direction, Ken and previous associates that I have worked with in this branch. Awesome team at this branch! Thanks and appreciation from the opposite coast of the country!

I was considering opening a business account here. Made an appt online. No one called so I called the branch. Carley W. picked up the phone and made no apologies for not calling but proceed to try to help. Basically they did not want my business. My comments were I can't believe you can stay in business and I do not want to be at a bank that doesn't want my business. She could care less that I said that. What a bunch of snobs.

Absolutely horrible branch. Have had so many problems with their customer service and tellers. Every other branch treats me great. I have like 6 accounts with you guys and am a private client member and still get treated like I'm a nobody. Ridiculous

So annoying .. I came to pull $$ out and their machine is not letting me, so one rep is trying to help me but can't find me In their system ???? What Spend 10 mins or more trying and nada .. I left because I'm in lunch .. better training or solutions pls chase
