They have terrible customer service and didn’t even fix the problem. His attitude was absolutely awful. The woman was lovely but he was horrible. Go somewhere else and avoid this place at all costs honestly.

One of the worst people to deal with. Extremely rude and don't listen to costumers. I bought a few screens for just cell phones and iwatch. I had bubbles on my iwatch screen after 2 days of use. I went back and they said all their sales are final. I paid over 130$. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

I had my back glass replaced on my iPhone and soon after my rear mic stopped working, nobody can here me when they call . They said they are not responsible. Do not let them touch your phone unless you want problems.

I don't know why I went to this place. The Zagg stand is literally across from it and that's usually my go to cell phone repair place. But I was in a rush and instead of taking notice there's probably a reason there's no line for this place, I decided to try this stand. Worst mistake. Long story short, don't waste your time or money here.

Horrible experience the salesperson has a super bad attitude get your accessories somet where else I didn’t like his attitude toward his employee and she was so kind. He also try to sell me a scratch phone case.

THIEVES AND THUGS WITH THE TITLE OF TECHNICIANS.I brought my IPad to this location at the Cerritos Mall they told me that it was an old battery issue. They put a refurbished battery and found the way to screw up something else, creating a different problem : the IPad just shuts off even with a 100% charged battery. Not only I paid $175 for nothing they are trying to make me pay more for the new issue they have created. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ELECTRONICS. They fix nothing and destroy your stuffsave your money and just get a brand new item. They know that we have no clues about electronics and they take advantage. If I could give a zero star I would have done it. My IPad is of no use anymore and I have just lost $175.

They are not honesty, within 30 days the replaced iPhone battery expand and crack the screen, they simply call the security to kick me out.

If I could This business zero stars I would! The owner of this company is rude and racist and does not listen to his customers needs or meet expectations of general business hospitality. I recently had a screen repaired that was shattered that needed to be replaced paid $175 and seven days later my entire screen lifts up and completely breaks where it is lifted up and can no longer being used. When notifying the manager of my issues with receipt in hand only six days ago this was repaired he says it was my fault and that he would not help me. I proceeded to tell him then I will sue him for him not abiding by his receipt and following his return policy. he then went on to tell me he will not help me because I am loud which I took that as him saying because I am black he is racist he is rude and he does not belong in business please do not shop here.

I took my Granddaughter iPhone here to be repaired. She had a cracked screen I mean it was thrashed, but it still worked with no issues, just didn't want her to end up cutting herself on the cracked screen. The owner " repaired" her phone she end up cracking it again. A very small crack this time barely noticeable. Yes her fault but with the new screen from this place, her phone do not work at all. She's unable to dial out, answer or do anything that will make the phone work. I took it back, tried to explain to the man that with this small crack her phone do not work, he said, and I quote" yea ". I said when she had a total shattered screen the phone still worked, and with this new screen her phone do not work at all. He said it's glass, I told him so was the last screen, and to explain to me why the totally cracked Apple screen worked just fine, and this screen has basically disable her phone with a small crack. This idiot hunched his shoulders and looked away. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy if I had one. So for you nice people stay away it will be a waist of $80. This place got 1 star only because it was close to Cinnabon.
