Went a bit out of the way to look for particular vitamins. Their inventory system accessible via the mobile app will tell you the in-store quantity of particular items. Each store location seems to have independent rules on what items need to be locked, and only accesible via associate help. It wasn't particularly busy, and we were able to get someone. This location had a large shelf full of just face-masks, which I have not seen at other CVS locations before.Checkout was through the self-help, and like other locations, it was accurate and fast, and saved a bit of money via their loyalty program through coupons. It's nice to know CVS is around every corner.

I walked in with my husband around 8pm to look for the valentines collection, after I saw that nothing was there ( that was hello kitty ) an awesome employee asked if we needed help looking for something so I mentioned hello kitty and he was amazing helped me out and was super nice and humble ( he was working on beauty/ health shipment) was wearing a plaid or Stripped dressed up shirt THANK YOU THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND THANK YOU TO THE AMAZING CASHIER THAT NIGHT you are all amazing the hello kitty girl

Worst passport photo service! Rushed photo, does not even give you the chance to touch up or even ask you if u like the shot or retry? The bald guy today Oct 16 2022 at 1210pm had asked if i want another one taken since u already have him attitude when the payment is already in process! Go somewhere

Hours of operation indicate 7:00am to 10:00pm. Arrived at 7:30am and doors were locked.

Just DONT! Worst customer service in my life. Watch out for the lady that works there avoid at all costs will ruin your day. Very rude and inconsiderate had me waiting for over an hour only to ask me who are you? What do you want I don't know you. Like seriously?! Never again!

I would just like to commend Adrian and Cynthia on how they recently handled a rude and unruly consumer... who was upset about...BAGS... she completely elevated an unnecessary situation, made a scene and if I'm not mistaking, stayed after her purchase to further cause a ruckus. Cynthia and Adrian handled the entire situation with poise and kept their composure. Kudos!

I made an appointment for my daughter to get her tb test. I believe it was the last available appointment available for that day, we kept seeing people walk by and ignore us. We didn't think much of it since we have to check in through the computer. After a couple of mins we notice no one was coming out. I went to the front to ask and they said they had already left?! I explained we had an appointment and they said they couldn't do much. As soon as we started driving home we got a text saying "sorry you missed your appointment?!" Never coming here again. Horrible service.

I can't believe how inefficient this place is. I called this morning to refill a prescription. I was told that it would be ready in an hour. Around an hour ago, which is several hours after my morning call, my wife received a message that the prescription is currently ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I was told that it is still in progress and I would have to wait 15 minutes. I had timed my visit here to fit with some other errands that I am doing. It's beyond me why CVS would say that it's ready and leave a message from my wife when in fact it is not actually ready. Update: It's the next day, and I'm calling in to find out if the prescription is in fact ready, I've been on the phone for almost 15 minutes waiting for a live person. Wow. Just wow. Definitely plan not to use CVS for pharmacy or other purchases. I know my purchases are a drop in the bucket for CVS but I think CVS going out of business will be good for overall market efficiency and I'll try to do my part (however small) to make that happen.

The Asian skinny short male pharmacist was so rude to the customer. I heard over heard him speaking to a customer with attitude! Clearly, he hates his job and only there for the money. To the rude rph, treat people how you want to be treated. Otherwise, find another non stressful job! I hope the district manager reads the reviews posted here regarding the rude rph! On the other hand, the pharmacy techs are nice except for the African American tech, she seems like she hates her job as well

The clerks at this CVS location (13303 East South St Cerritos) tried to charge me for one medicine for $15.xx money. I was told that this medicine is not covered by insurance. But there was no charge (or, copay) for many years for this medicine. While I raised my doubts, they showed me that I have paid the charge for this medicine in the past year. I said I might have not noticed that when they charged only a couple of dollars, especially when it was picked up along with other medicines and paid with combined charges. I went back and called the insurance company, and I was told that the medicine that CVS charged me is covered by insurance. Then I went to another CVS location to try, and got the medicine without any out of pocket payment. Then I went back to the original CVS store at Cerritos, the clerk changed their story and said I did not tell them I have the insurance. I said they have my insurance on their system (since the second CVS can see my insurance and do not charge me). Then clerks in the Cerritos CVS said they did not know, since it is the second insurance. They have both of my insurance on their system, but they just do not know. When I asked refund for the past 2 to 3 years of payments for this medicine. They said it is my mistake not telling them previously, and rudely refuse to do anything for their mistakes.

Honestly, I've been coming here for awhile and most everyone is nice, friendly and professional. But today, there was a young male pharmacist that was a bit rude, I felt. I simply couldn't hear you and asked a question twice for clarification... you don't have to give an attitude. I'm asking about important instructions for my child's medicine. Please, be kind to all of your customers. And be happy at your j-o-b. Thank you.

The young, Asian, male pharmacist (or front desk receptionist?) seems to live a miserable life considering how terribly he treats the patients. I'm surprised he's allowed to work with people.
