This is a great place. As soon as I step in the Center I feel a clean, calm, and pleasant energy welcoming me. In class we practice Korean Yoga. We start warming up our body by tapping our dahn-jon, (under the belly button) to increase our energy core. We do a blend of Tai Chi, Qigong, wooden pillow, sleeping tiger, stretching, etc. Every tapping or movement has a healing meridian and purpose for our body and our brain. Master Laura, Master Jeanette, and Instructor Grace gently guide us and remind us to breathe and exhale (which sometimes I forget). After meditation and closing exercises, I feel content and relaxed, ready to share that feeling with other people and have a joyful day. Whenever possible I take weekend workshops and special trainings in Mago Garden (US headquarters) in Sedona, AZ . There're also videos online and books written by Founder Ilchi Lee to help us grow more as human being. This practice helps me feel healthier, happier and definitely more peaceful, and my Inner Self is grateful for it. See you in class?

Under the guidance of Laura and the other instructors, this Tai Chi and Qigong class exceeded my expectations. Their caring and amazing approach enhanced the overall experience, creating a supportive environment that contributed to the mental and physical benefits. I feel grateful for their expertise and encouragement throughout the sessions. This Tai Chi and Qigong class has been transformative for me. The practice not only helped release mental exhaustion and depression but also provided significant relief from joint pain. The gentle, flowing movements coupled with focused breathing created a holistic approach that rejuvenated both my mind and body. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a balanced and healing experience.

I am very happy to find this place. The place is very clean , warm and relaxing.I am improve a lot about my mind and physical too. I can sleep well, less anxiety and relax after every time I leave here .I will a member here until next year. If you want to do something for your body I highly recommend you should try in here . It is worth it .I am really appreciate the coach in Body and brain yoga .

Body & Brain Yoga has been a very positive change in my life. I've been attending classes for the last eight months and I can honestly say it has help me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. All of the teachers/instructors are amazing. This is Elda Garcia.

I was going through a difficult time in my life when I decided to enroll to the classes, and thanks to them I am making a positive change in my life . Also, I am very happy with the instructors who are always willing to help, and teach you. There is also a sense of belonging there! I highly recommend Body & Brain Yoga Tai chi!!

Best studio to rebalance and feel amazingly connected with yourself. The studio is Korean based yoga that focuses on exercises to heal your body and mind. I’ve been attending for 1 year now and have seen a significant increase in my health. There are so many health benefits, I always feel great after class. The instructors are super nice and helpful. I love the center manager, Laura, she has so much wisdom to share and genuinely cares about your well being.

I had an energy healing session today with Laura, the owner, and I felt so much lighter and clear minded. I've been going through a hard time emotionally, and I had been trying a lot of healing techniques, but thus far, this energy healing session has helped me so much. Laura was there for me through all my emotions and cries. Truly so grateful! It felt like my first big step towards healing my emotional imbalance. We did some intentional movement, breathing, self-massage, energy meditation, magnets, and she gave me further advice I can do to help my healing. I have also attended classes for a while after I had been involved in a bad car accident, these classes are so gentle and promote healing in all aspects: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally. I love wooden pillow class the most.

I can only say great things about this studio. Instructors are very warm, friendly and genuinely kind. I look forward to attending their classes. Since attending their classes, I have developed flexibility and experienced a sense of well-being.

I suffered a psychological injury that was pretty severe at work. And I was told by several people mental health professionals included that yoga and tai chi and breadth work would help me to deal with my PTSD and my trauma. I found this place to be very very helpful. As somebody who had no idea what I was doing I came in and everybody was warm and friendly and I have found that this is very helpful to my mental health. Thank you to all the instructors and staff for helping me with tools to get myself well again.

It was meant to be! I have passed by this place almost weekly because I shop at the Sprouts Farmers Market nearby it. One day, out of curiosity I went in to ask about their classes as I have been wanting to join a low impact exercise due to some injuries. When I experienced the trial class, there was no thinking twice whether I would sign up for membership or not. I signed up the very same day on my own free will. I saw and felt the value that it is very worth it. My experience after that very first class was mind-blowing and soul-lifting. I did not even expect much from it as a form of exercise. I came in the class clueless and stiff but went home feeling like the cross I bear just got lifted. There was glow in my skin and my chest felt lighter. The instructors are very nice, gentle and caring. You can feel that they are genuinely happy and the energy is contagious. I have some chronic pain issues and I must say, I haven't popped a pill since I became a member. It has been a month and I really felt a big difference with my energy. I am calmer, flexible and the breathing and stretching exercises took care of my body pains. My range of motion got better without feeling sore. I learned a lot about my body and the tiny joints and muscles that I didn't know I have. I learned to listen to my body and how powerful the brain can be. Best of all, I learned how to breathe. It feels like family here. I have no regrets.

New to yoga. Stopped in to see if they had any stretching classes to help my tight muscles and reduced flexibility. Laura is a fantastic instructor, very knowledgeable and took time to work with me one on one. This was appreciated due to me being new to yoga. Anyway, what I discovered is that this did help with my flexibility but I experienced so much more! I really enjoyed the wooden pillow! Try it! Thanks Body & Brain!

I love going to Body and Brain Cerritos. This place has been a breath of fresh air. A place everyone should experience. The good energy is palpable. All the Masters are very inspiring and really invest in you and your well being. This is a special place that really teaches you how to care for yourself. This place is an amazing center for healing through the various practices that are taught. The staff Jan and Laura have been wonderful in welcoming me to the center and making me feel at home. I was overweight, and with Vertigo when I started Body & Brain and after almost two months I lost 20 pounds and I am healthier and My mental stress has disappeared!I want to thank Jan,Laura, Jeannette and Grace they are the reason I feel wonder after all the obstacles I went trough!
