I was given a gift and it turned into a nightmare for communication. My Headphones were brought to you by Best Buy, which has a warranty for Skullcandy headphones worth the investment. ( Use responsibly and keep track of your order.) #therapeuticadvertising "Best Buy spent over $100 million on advertising in digital, print, and national TV in the last year. They invest in premium ad units and advertised on over 250 different Media Properties in the last year across multiple media formats. Best Buy launched and advertised 3 new products in the past twelve months" and show stern and inflexible policies that make their customer services members helpless to face unrealistic ways of helping customers. Best buy needs to better communicate with their corporate budget and focus more on customer service and make that apparent in their advertising and training using Virtual Reality as a way of demonstrating proper etiquette as Wal Mart does, also a competitor who knows how to lower prices (at the expense I will not go into here of how labor is done). (compassion and the economy go hand in hand). They "have 46 people on file in marketing roles at Best Buy, and 22 at their agencies.) I made a mistake and this was one of those gotcha moments where they are cheering against you and want you to fail and have a bad customer experience and risk hurt the feelings of the employees over short-term savings and an overall loss of revenue. Amazon is doing much better and there is no need to go into a Best Buy anymore except to window browse and then buy on Amazon. The competition will drive down their prices until the short-term gain they made is eventually a loss. Overall the geek squad has been helpful, and without communication, it is difficult to know what they are planning, which is about saving money but at the risk of losing customers. The solution is to make Best Buys go virtual which would promote their product in a way that could make store browsing more accessable. Otherwise right now "Best Buy CEO Corie Barry announced late last month that while Best Buy has routinely shut down 20 large-format locations a year in the last two years, this year, a higher number of stores could be closed. The company has also been reducing the length of its average lease term to buy itself more flexibility." My Autistic son and I went into the store looking for a screen protector for his tablet and in order to control his sensory disorder, he brought a whistle to blow into when he's over stimulated. He blew it more often then usual due to the volume of people in the store. A worker approached us and she asked if my son would stop blowing that in the store. I told her that he was autistic and walked away. Just left feeling frustrated cuz it took 20 mins to find someone to help find a screen with no success and then get approached about my sons behavior. Not trying to be a Karen but this chick rubbed me the wrong way.

The warranty doesn't even work. I broke my monitor and they wouldn't replace it... not only that but they wouldn't give me the the refund of the warranty in cash. They said it was in store credit, never coming back and have been a local customer for 3 years. Too overpriced, poor service, weird people & vibes. There are WAY better places to go to. Save your money and time.

DO NOT buy the warranty plan from Best Buy on their home appliances...It is absolutely USELESS since their contracted company, Appliance Service Center of Burbank is a complete SHAM. Appliance Service Center never called me regarding a supposed "delay" to my washer service call on 7/9/2021. I took time off from work and waited for almost 4 hours....yet, Appliance Service Center NEVER took the time to inform me of this "delay"; moreover, I had to call them to inquire... Appliance Service Center AND Best Buy NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR FAILURE TO CONTACT ME. This is a clear demonstration of their lack of concern and respect for their customers' time and their personal and professional demands. I may never patronize Best Buy for their shortage of support and concern for their customers.

I had an appointment with the geek squad at 3:20, got there when there was a line. At 3:35, someone finally came out and was checking people in. Said I was too late and missed my appointment and didn't help. Also said I didn't have a protection plan so they couldn't help anyways even if I rescheduled. They should have made that clear before I made the appointment then instead of having me come all the way here, wait and then refused service. I also bought my item in February and it stopped working in March. Terrible experience, no reliability and no accountability.

This is my home store and I love being so close by. There are a few things that they run out of quickly in the toys section. Being collectible quality it's understandable but not to grandbaby! I always order online for pick up and it's never an issue. They come out quickly or I go inside, all good and friendly.

Terrible store. Employees are cancelling the high demand low stock items that customers are lucky enough to get, and then taking it for themselves in the back. Disappointed to hear that best buy corporate isn't supervising their staff members well enough to the point that theyre getting away with stealing. I asked to speak to a manager, and the employees refused to get one. He said, "we're cancelling all high value items, corporate policy" with a snarky attitude. Doesn't make any sense. Please get it together best buy.

Sales Associates know their jobs,products , compatibility of accessories. One young man stood out amougst all . He was very courteous, patient, kind, very knowledgeable of computers and accessories. He told me he really liked his job and he represented the store in a very welcoming and positive light. He is a future Leader .?

Geek squad at the Cerritos branch is absolutely horrible. You've all heard the stories. Made an appt to get my phone battery replaced. There was no one before me but they wouldn't help me until literally at the exact appt time. After spending forever inputting info, the guy tells me they don't have the parts to even replace the battery!

This place is great, but like all business, there is the good and the bad. My experience was bad when I found out that the Best Buy warranty I purchased was only for a one time use on returns, then you have to pay again to keep getting the warranty each time. They really know how to get you. Overall, the store is a go to place, just be sure to read the fine print before spending a lot of money on a warranty.
