I applied before I started working for the club. I understood that I needed to have at least 1 paycheck stub 1st so, I just waited till I received one. 2 months later I was finally contact about my interest to join. Yikes! If that's the length of time it takes reps to reach out to potential future members, I don't think any major issues would be getting handled in a timely manner especially if it came down to any type of fraudulent activities. No thanks.

I tried calling to get a receipt for a balance I paid off for -77$, the young lady would not stop hanging up on me. I was only asking for how can I come in or receive an email for a receipt that shows proof the balance is paid off. The customer service reps over the phone were rude and did not help me. I’m shocked and is exactly why I will not further bank with them or recommend anyone!! Credit unions are suppose to be better than those other banks out there.

Just got hired at AAA and was excited to hear I could join the credit union. Applied online and heard nothing for 3 days. Called and the gal that answers the phone assured me I'd get a call back the next day. Never got a call back. Disappointed. Won't be joining a company that starts off on the wrong foot like that. Unprofessional.

Their process is very old school. You have to practically come in to get all business handled in a timely manner. Cash deposits from co-op atms still do not make your money available immediately. In fact, you have to call them to have funds released and that is inconvenient especially when they do not always answer. There is no after hours customer service line to contact anyone after 5:00pm pst. While they appear to have good car buying options, their process is so inconvenient and longer than most banks, your pretty scared to even go with them for loans and things like that. Honestly, do not feel any real benefits of being an employee. Do not even get our direct deposits at midnight on the day it should hit the account. It does not show up until 9am pst on payday doesnt matter if its a holiday, weekend or nothing. Just awful compared to other banks and credit unions.

You have to be a member before getting any type of loan. If you are an employee that lives in Texas or Missouri you have to mail a check to pay for the membership, which is the most inconvenient procedure EVER! It's almost 2019 and they don't have the option to pay ach or debit! The website says to send the check to the 3333 Fairview address, but they said that is not the correct address. I paid $25 to have my membership check sent to them and now they are saying that is not the right address. That is not my fault! UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! The nonchalant "oh well" attitudes are unprofessional and insensitive especially for my situation of having a totaled vehicle and needing an auto loan asap. What a horrible "benefit" to offer hard working employees. This company has a lot to improve on!!!

We financed a truck & our new A/C thru ACCU (both at great rates). Never had any issues and everyone has been very helpful. I did have an account with them before we got loans. I like that they split the payments between paychecks.

The worse service received while trying to sign up through the auto club federal union . The front desk lady (Laura) has no idea what she is doing . She took 30-45 min to open an account that I had opened online , once I was swinish with everything she gave me a POSTY NOTE with my routing number ! I looked at her and said shouldn't I received more paper work then this ? She said no and realized she needed to print out my account paper ! I called and spoke to Robert "CEO" and told him I no longer want to bank with them I came the next day (today) to get my check and took them 20 min to do so ! If your a AAA employee I suggest you realize who your letting be responsible with your money ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
