The selection of shoes was pretty lame, also not many larger size mens shoes (12+) so I couldn't find anything that would fit or even looked good.

Was purchasing an item that was on clearance for 60 dollars. Rang up for 200. He said "Are they all tagged like this? ". First of all... not my job to check. But There was another jacket priced the same, which i told him. He then left to go to that rack. Came back with a sweatshirt...and said these are for 60 not the jacket. I said, the other jacket was also for 60, which he did not bring. And he said no, these are 200. He was really rude. Didnt apologize for the mistake the store made. Threw the jacket on another shoe rack. Didnt even give me the option of purchasing it. I am never purchasing here... not getting my business. His name was franky

I have been shopping there for a long time and it has never happened to me that I wanted some tennis shoes for my daughter and they didn't have her number and they offered to send them to my house and it's been more than 10 days and they don't fit me. I went to the store to ask and I only went to the Ke He said Ke was the manager, he will treat me badly

Good selection to choose from, although the customer service could be a little more professional. Was being "assisted" by Cashier Nathan about an exchange, but his uncaring attitude towards my request felt unwarranted. Simply asking in reply "Did you ask him yet?" While pointing to someone else to assist me. He was willing to attend to other customers and their needs but attitude change when I asked and then to deflect my question onto someone else felt unprofessional. I haven't had any similar issue with anyone from this store so this surprised me.

Never coming back. Mexican chubby dude was very aggressive handling my pair of shoes. Basically snatched it from my hands to scan. He then tossed them on the counter after bagging it and went on his phone for who knows what! I then got my receipt and said thank you. He couldn’t even say you’re welcome…Made me regret buying my shoes here. People like that shouldn’t be working in customer service.

That fat diabetic franky was rude i came here second time when i came first time that same fat diabetic franky was rude i gave him full amount but cause he cannot open his eyes fully he. Cannot count prorperly and this time he was annoying and rude fo no reason hope he gets fired or somebody teach how to do customer service that stupid attitude not help the store

Everyone at the store was rude. Nobody was helpful and the staff made snarky comments. The fat guy was the most rude. Hope he gets fired or something

I used to always come here for all my shoes but after todays experience I just might have to reconsider. The chubby Mexican security guard made me feel extremely uncomfortable and his snarky comments. It’s my birthday bro I just wanted to shop for my birthday outfit but didn’t even feel comfortable to finish shopping, so I just got a pair of shoes and 2 hats..If I was a Karen I would’ve made a scene for how unprofessional him and a few others, but he was the corporate. But anyways I just thought whoever is in charge of the hiring should know and can educate all employees to be more professional.
